Stars is totally freezing on me. The screen freezes and I can't click anything, hands still get imported by PT4 and I can hear the sound effects playing out. I also only have 4 table themes to choose from:

im a mac client user and i cant see any more options for front deck card design other than the classic deck no matter the theme i chose. the settings menu for front deck design is showing me only this option. the classic deck is really small for my eyes. 4 color deck option works but i'd like to have simpler and bigger denominations. i read about custom deck and themes but that seems really complicated on mac client. any suggestions?

*Edit: solution was disabling the aurora graphics engine beta, now all options are available again.

Why did they remove right-click search? Also, did they remove the % to win when all-in? I can't see it anymore, whether at the table or in HH.

I just created an account on pokerstars.com. It took 5 days to have an answer from support, and they needed other documents. I sent them 4 days ago and still no answer. Is that standart? I thought they were very reactive.

Fix the 'sit out next bb' issue where the bb skips you bc someone left the table and you get dealt in the sb. The bb shouldn't skip a player anyway so maybe fix that, or just make it sit out on next sb/bb.

I'm not 100% sure how this happens but I think its when the bb either goes bust or sits out/leaves and you are UTG. Next hand you are in the sb. I believe in live games this results in a single bb, no sb.

Right click -> search player is gone

Equity display in the replayer is gone, although live at the table still present if there is an allin before the river

There seems to be option to disable the new layout here. Take that tick off.

IMHO new layout was really big step backwards; ugly, contains bugs and HUD was not working (HEM read hands to DB though). After disabling the tick above HEM started to work also (only a quick trial).

Most likely the answer is "we are protecting the recs so you can't bumhunt them. We believe that most of the recs don't know about the search player option."

another issue after the update is that the visual hand replayer shows like every player is on the hand (holding cards) and it's confusing trying to keep up with the action, you have to pay attention who is putting chips in and ignore the hole cards

I reported a bug with stacking tables, and the idiots emailed be like I was a little child suggesting me to tile or else. In other words, I reported a bug and they replied: we will ignore our bug and treat you like an amateur
