Hi, latest PS ver is bugs: feature find players not working and strenge of hand (% to win in all-in situation) does not show in replayer.
Does anyone have a previous versions ?

i click the replayer to look at equities 100 times a day and godddddddddddd, not there.

ok no problem, see a guy i dont know at my table and right click to search and i switch to his seat? goddddddddddddddddddddd

haha. has anyone heard whether this is a bug or a new feature yet. any official word? its not the end of the world but it really grinds my gears.

maybe we should post to a euro site or something, stars is super oi expat american regs and this site

yes there is a checkbox to enable it in "settings > table appearence > table graphics" called "Enable the new Pokerstars graphic engine"

sometimes ps seems to roll out certain features in some countries/domains first for tests. for example they did it with chests rewards in italy i think. if its available to you too, check it out, but i dont see any reason why you should at this point. below the checkbox there is a link to give feedback. maybe let them know what you think.

URGENT confirmed doesn't help any more.

Currently going through change of address and so far have had playing rights revoked for 14 days. Started sending emails on day 8. Not a single email was replied to from either verifications or support.

After day 12 got an email saying now I can change address following instructions. The software did stuff upon login, I changed my address, change in address went through; but my software is still .UK not .com and playing rights are still revoked.

Have emailed them to tell them, obv no reply.

I'm prob not that valuable to them but still generate $800-$1000 rake a week. Amazing how zero fks are given on their part.

Has anyone had similar issues?

It's incredibly scary to me that they can block your account and then take days to answer e-mails. Not exactly feeling safe playing here as I did in the past.

EDIT: This isn't worded very well; to confirm I sent required documents on Day 1. Started sending emails asking what was going on after 8 days of nada.

^^ Furthermore, my 'tables' (or space in zoom pool if you will) are still up there in cyber space somewhere even though I 'close' them. I have to close the client and restart. Upon restarting, the 3 tables appear with my current stacks, giving me the option to sit back in. WTF is going on?
I also get this bug a lot, so annoying. When the tables freeze I have to close the software and of course I lose the notes I took during that session.

happend to me now 3 times in the last 15 mins, not even sure if my money returned back into my account. super annoying, never happend before and im playing for years on stars

Stars support and withdrawals seem a lot slower than in the past.

For direct bank transfers it says they will process in 72 hours and does not mention business days. Do they process 7 days a week and then the bank transfers take 3-5 business days? Or is it assumed that the 72 hours for processing is also in business days?

Not sure what's going on tbh. I'm on day 18 with my address change issue without a single reply from support.

Made a twitter acc yesterday out of desperation and tweeted them. They told me to DM, I had already and that hasn't been replied to for 12 hours now.

Very odd how all this came after a bink, albeit only $5k

My experience:

-On Thursday, 30 May, at 21:07 (British Summer Time) PokerStars I got the equivalent 72 hour notice for a manual Direct Bank Transfer to my British bank account.

-They then actually "processed" it the following day, about 16 hours later on Friday 31 May at 13:37.

-On Mon, 3 Jun, at 01:12, they then appeared to actually send it to my bank account.

I'm not intimately familiar with their process, but I just assume that they submit a batch of withdrawals at the start of each business day in the UK.

It has been 120+ hours now and under pending withdrawals it still says, "The highlighted transactions are currently being reviewed and cannot be cancelled. Please check again later.". I e-mailed them 22 hours ago now asking what the hold up is with no response so far. I am located in Canada.

Bro those are rookie numbers. After moving to twitter I finally got an email reply in the early hours of day 19. They mailed to say that they can't use the documents I sent them on day 1 as the address on my bills is partially in Thai....RIP.

19 days to say they can't use what I sent them....

Anyway, chasing on twitter may help but maybe not, as it looks like my DM is actually unread. Worth a shot though.

i beat that easily, started correspondence over 2 months ago. have gotten some replies but they read my mail and every single mail says a re-install will do the trick, never did though.

live chat even more of a joke, most of them barely understand english.

the site, and especially the support, are spiraling down. I would advice any (new) player a different site
