i'm pretty sure it isn't a problem for 90%+ of the players, but it is distracting
me to the point i can't play.

btw i have the same problem with 4 color deck, it irritates me beyond believe.

As soon as the hand strength appears my eyes HAVE to go there and my brain goes "wait that shouldn't be here, i F****** know my hand, let's turn it off, ohhh i can't".
This interrupts my thought process of the hand in progress
so i have to start all over, what was the preflop action again? my thoughts on villain? what was my plan again if this or that happens on turn and/or river?

Then my eyes go back to the writing that shouldn't be there, i'm even more tilted, thought process is interrupted again and so on and so on......

Maybe could be possible to block it changing something in the pokerstars folders?

I know some people create personalized themes for pokerstars changing a lot of styles in the buttoms, deleting the chat box, etc. It should not be that hard for someone who knows to do this things.

So please you IT genius that is listenning there, help us while we wait an possible option from pokerstars

Can I request HH for more than 200 hands? I tried to request last week but the email only contained last 200 hand. The missing hands are in there.

You can email them and request a hand history for 'x' number of hands.

But this is really a bit of a joke that something as simple as this has been broken for so long. Around 10% of my hands are missing so I have to email them after every session..can't be fun for the people on the other end working for stars either.

I don't know if you people use stars helper, but I just blocked the hand strenght with a hud of it.

You could do it the same with a hero hud on pokertracker / hm2.

I colored the hud with the same pokerstars background, looks perfect.

I believe it should be resolved in the client updates that will start deploying next week and the week after. I'm trying to get confirmation.

Make a deal option and hand strength on top of each other making them unreadable.

i dont know about any notifications from pokerstars... so it might be a bug.

We're dealing with a bug with them that is being urgently looked into that resulted in having to remove them temporarily from the store. Once it's resolved they'll be added back in.

show my vip status in the lobby header option seems like it does nothing and has been replaced by the vip club progress bar

It was about time for you guys to also fix the HH request tool from the main lobby after the current bug. It doesnt matter if you request last 1hour, 3h or last week hand histories, all you get is 200 hands maximum. And its been like this for as much as i can remember.

Every update and server restart you find a way to **** things up more than the last time. I usually dig into the software to fix your mistakes. Couldn't find a way to get rid of hand strength in the bottom right corner.

Currently, the note letter is always "N." The Notes menu item could be made to function in the same way as the Labels menu item. The Notes would have a sub menu where we can create or select custom note letters.

Temporary bug or no more starcoins conversion to cash?

Does anyone else have the bug where on normal cash tables when you use the hand replayer, sometimes it says 'this table has been closed' and then you can no longer access the hand replayer? The only way to fix it is to leave the tables, close the client and re login.

Opened the client to find it like it almost refreshed all my personalised settings. Table themes returned to default as well as bet slider amounts, muck hands settings etc. Even time zone was changed. Also noted hand histories aren't being saved etc. Looks like a complete reinstall? What gives?

happend to me after I deleted massive .log file that filled my hard drive
