Anyone know what email address I can contact PSPA at for my account being "temporarily restricted" for absolutely no reason? I went to the contact us page on the site and filled it out and every time I click send it just says unexpected error, please refresh your browser and try again.

Not sure if any stars employees lurk here, but site has been lagging on and off for weeks.

Tonight is almost unplayable. And it's not just me I asked around in chat, it's eveeryone.

Please fix your site

The connectivity issues during prime-time are getting worse every day. WTF

Almost unplayable last night, completely unplayable tonight.

Regulate a market and release a dogshit product. Real nice

I was playing on several tables tonight during prime time and had zero connectivity problems.

I have been playing regularly on the site since December and had zero connectivity issues until last night. The software was lagging big time, making me reconnect, and verifying my location. Never happened before but interrupted many hands last night. Something was wrong.

My connection has been frustratingly poor recently. I even went out and bought a USB antennae thinking that would help out yet it hasn't.

Same happened to me. So annoying. Eventually I disabled enhanced graphics (Aurora Graphics Engine) in the settings and it stopped crashing.

Same problem with me when I last played two nights ago. Guess I'll be taking a break from this site for a while. PartyPoker PA cant come soon enough.

The last week was rough with at least some lag. 7/31 was really bad, only time it was so bad I quit a session early. Yesterday, 8/1 I played with no issues(~10pm-12am).

Oh yeah, I have the enhanced graphics and animation stuff disabled. I'm sure that helps.

Yesterday, I cashed in a tournament that would have at least covered my buy in. However, I still do not see any credit from pokerstars yet. I can say that the betting app always pays immediately after a game ends. In your experience, do your tournament cashes always pay instantly after being eliminated?

I always get them instantly.

I did have a delay of 48 hours getting my 9 3 dollar bets for the Sixers Foxbet promotion. Basically it was 1 3 dollar bet for each 3 the sixers had. I wish I got 3 bucks for each turnover...lol

I’m still waiting on my bonus from the Ben Simmons first to score promotion ($1 for each pt/reb/assist). Don’t recall having to wait a few days before. Never had them not immediately pay a tourney cash, but haven’t played one in the past 10 days.

You end up getting Tdollars if this happens. No need to contact support.

I got a ticket open with a Star's support person regarding the lag spikes during prime-time. In before "did you try resetting your router" response

If anyone has anything else to add regarding these issues please post, I linked this thread so they may take a look.

Tonight the lag was less bad, I only got timed out of hands once or twice. Still ridiculous these issues persist. I also noticed I tend to only have problems during prime-time when the # of players on the site is over 2k. Never any problems during day-time or graveyard. Can you guys confirm if you're noticing the same pattern?

TY and gl on the felt

Agree, I've been playing almost exclusively graveyard shift lately and have not had any lag issues.
