Post 1, fine
Post 2, I'm assuming this is 9-max? You either need to raise larger or limp behind. We need to know suits on flop.
Some suggestions, post the actual HH, provide any and all reads, know that when you are post flop and you bet it's a bet and not a raise. Also, OTT in hand 2 you should never have 1.00 behind otr, you should either raise over OTT or fold, but don't call. Also is this live? All information is necessary.
Anyways, for an in-depth analysis H1 is fine, you want to raise pre to isolate the limper. Once it goes post flop you obviously bet. It's a dry-ish board and so a small sizing is ideal in terms of range construction, but being 3-way and because there is a fish in, the 3/4psb is good. Once the fish shoves you obviously can't fold because lolpotodds and he can always ship any QX or JT.
H2 is more difficult to say without more information. Suits on the board are important here as that potentially adds more bluffs to his range. Also how aggro/passive he is is also important. For value he is repping AQ (6 combos) and 66 (1 combo) so you would calculate your pot odds and equity vs. his entire range. For example if he is bluffing with all 16 combos of JT (4 combos of JTs and 12 combos of JTo) it's a very clear call. On the turn when you have only 1$ behind you either need to fold or ship as calling accomplishes very little. When you have such little money behind compared to the size of the bet you really don't want to have a calling range because you can never fold the river and all his draws are committed anyway.
From the information given, however, it means you had less than $10 to start the hand. If you feel you have an edge on the field it makes sense to buy in for the full amount so you maximize your overall EV. So, buy in full.
