Does anyone remember how to get rid of the recurring "unable to confirm location" error/bug while playing? Someone posted a solution about a year ago but I can't seem to find it with thread search

WSOP about to enter Michigan. We have Stars & Party already. How does WSOP compare? No hud, but can we still get HHs afterwards like on ignition?

You of course get the brand new software, while we still have the garbage they started with years ago. Hopefully they will merge soon and we will get the new software finally.

Yes. It also lags when I click the call or bet buttons.

Looking at both the NJ & PA clients, re-buy/add-on MTT's look to be the dominant style (my least favorite). It also looks like it's the only site that offers a daily freeroll tournament. Blast games (Spin & Go style game) start off as low as $0.10 (top prize pool $1,000; compared to $1 PS & $1 BetMGM Spins that offer the same $1,000 prize pool).

Thanks for the response.

Thanks. I'll give that a try.

You can also email them and ask. Just know you probably won't get the response quickly so don't wait til a few days left to ask them

Cool cool cool. Thanks. I'm a predominantly cash player...but I'll give it a go.

Been lagging for weeks for me I only play MTTs but yeah it's been super annoying. I believe I saw Tony Dunst complaining on twitter about it as well a week or two ago. Not sure WSOP has said anything or not but its super ****in annoying

It lags on and off for me. It was pretty bad yesterday. It's super annoying when it makes me fold a monster preflop after I 3-bet 10 seconds before. If it's gonna lag because of a problem on their end, then the automatic time bank should work at all times, instead of only when you vpip.

This most recent lag is so absurd. Real convenient too as soon as software gets worse somehow I’m swinging 10 buyins every hour at NL, makes sense to me. Site just so ****ing sketchy despite me winning.

It's so bad even Tony Dundst is tweeting about it...

I've tilted off a good half dozen buy ins because of the lag alone.

I put in a support ticket asking if they were aware of the lag (and linked to this thread to show it wasn't just me)and asked if anything was being done, got a response a couple days later saying the following:

"Thank you for providing feedback, which we value greatly.

Our goal is to offer a first-rate gaming experience, so we are always looking for ways to improve the software and overall service provided to our players.

Your comments have been forwarded to the relevant department, but if you want to contact us again regarding this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to do so."

So it sounds like I won't be getting any followup lol

That silly seat issue where it claims it’s no longer available after you sit a game you were listed for has now turned into just not being able to even click the seat at all. No notification even saying it’s not available, it just doesn't do anything.

Also having an issue with note taking recently. I’ll pull up a player’s note box and if I try and type anything, it just disappears.

Looking forward to ranting at some WSOP.com rep at WSOP this summer. It'll likely go no where, but maybe I'll feel slightly better after.

I have also had that issue trying to sit the seats and have been having a different issue regarding the notes where the font is so small on some players I cannot read it

Nj player here. Whenever this happens, I close the table and reopen it immediately. I'm then able to take the seat.

I do the same, sometimes even a few times. Maybe works 1/4 of the time for me. Thanks though.

From my experience this happens when I've clicked on the seat too many times or closed/reopened the table to try and get the seat and gotten the "seat isn't available message" (or whatever it says). After I've done it too many times I won't be able to sit at the table until I've completely restarted wsop. Best bet is to try to take the seat 2-3 times then just wait the 60s or whatever til you can get back on the list or the seat stays open if the W/L is empty.

This happens when your notes are full, you'll have to delete some stuff in order to add more
