Neither HM2 or Beta HM3 has tracked well in awhile, especially concerning all-in pots. Blitz is a nightmare. Software tracked me at -$10, when my account balance actually increased by $4.

Just look for the date that you played and the year will show up as 0000, it's just a glitch that shows up as 0000 but will be in the right area in the transaction history.

Wow being owed hundreds+ of dollars for weeks, just got my mail from the mailbox and have a big envelope from americas cardroom that literally says VIP player - Your ticket to becoming a poker legend - The venom.

So i open it imagining the gave me a free ticket to make up for the troubles and inside is literally a tiny piece of candy and a letter from phil nagy saying " make sure you eat this candy before you play any tournaments for run good"

cant even fathom which PR costa rican thought this would be a good idea. what a joke of a company all around

Not all but most of pivotal all in hands haven't loaded to PT4 for several months, after today's updates intermittent non all in hands aren't loading. Why doesn't ACR want us to be able to review hands?

It's down again. I keep getting logged out of table...After every hand it would take 15-30 secs for the next hand to be dealt.

Now I can't get into the table at all!

Yeah, i played a sat like that and can't reg OSS #3, Just says contact support after loading for awhile. They just cancel them anyways. I assume they will take the site down soon..about 10 times or so

I don't know how you can't even learn a little from years of doing this over and over. Must be that clueless.
