What did you not understand? I asked how or even IF you were notified of any refund and particularly Bot play refunds....

I ask because some money was added to my account but I don’t know why or what it was for.

The last bot refunds were months ago. If money was added to your account in say the last 3 months, then it was probably something like, money you didnt realize got stuck, or loyal points/rewards they converted, or something like that.

I think players got bot money emails. I don't know because the PLO bots were never really dealt with. In fact the PLO bots are the only reason some PLO stakes even have action right now with this circus show update.

Is anyone else having issues with ACR downloading/recording HH's from today? There are quite a few hands that didn't get recorded in PT or in the ACR app. When I was comparing my PT hands versus the ACR hands they disappeared, support is clueless.

If you really want to tally your profits accurately, I suggest just tally your start of the month and end of the month cashier balance then add the difference as bonus. Not sure if you have that feature with PT but it's with HM2 and I'm going to do that to keep my winnings accurate.

So let me get this straight. The goal was to code hand histories. And instead of writing hand histories they are not writing hand histories or worse yet they are deleting hand histories. Now take that type of failure to do the required task and multiply it across the entire poker site.
