I'm calling BULL CRAP on the "free" roll super series tournaments.

From the few details and description on site, the tournaments will have cash rebuys and add-ons. That isn't a true freeroll. And I wouldn't put it past WPN to rake the rebuys and addons for their "free" tournaments. The tournaments should be set up with only WPN apology money. Not a damn dollar from these tournaments should be player money. If we are talking about $250,000 of "free" roll apology tournaments, then have, for example, 10 freeze out tournaments with a prize pool of $25K each.

WPN has done almost nothing right for the last 4 months. I see them messing up the "free" roll tournaments too. Here is just one example (and there are many) of how they can scam a "free" roll tournament into something players feel they need to add-on to just to have a shot to win intead of everyone on an equal footing...if the free starting stacks are small in comparison to the real money add-on, then all they did was fake an apology "free" roll tournament. It isn't a "free" roll tournament, it is an overlay tournament!

WPN Nagy, man up you lame jack ass and run true apology "free" roll tournaments where not a single player dollar is added to the prize pool.

Sheesh some people are too stupid to understand the reason for these freeroll tournaments. You probably were too lazy to even read the write up about the tournaments. The tournaments are apology freerolls.
Appearances matter. Every single dollar in this apology freeroll series should exclusively be coming from WPN. Period. But that is too deep for a simpleton like you to understand. You also are one of the biggest complaining bitches in this thread picking fights for no reason. Your home life suck?

Business 101, when making something right, such as an apology to customers, make sure every dime is completely on the business.

Everything on this site is currently half assed. Half assed bot refund plan that came to a mysterious halt. Half assed multiple launches of Blitz. Half assed rb and loyal fix. And this apology freeroll series if it includes player money will be a half assed apology. And as The Agonoostic, who is owed money, pointed out in post #22531 they have half assed return players stuck money.

And fwiw Gluiperig, given your join date, you should have a better and more experienced view on these poker site screw ups and the how they should be held to a high standard when making fixes or apologies, but I'm sure you don't understand because you are a simpleton.

They use words like escalation and refunds must be done manually. Please allow 24-72 hours for the proper department to review.

Please send us tournament number , date, time , buy in amount. Why? Shouldn't you have these?

How a company can be so incompetent is insane to me. Now they want to offer a 250k freeroll? How bout you just work on compensating the players who still have not received refunds before you dangle the quarter million dollar carrot you tools.

Did the site notify you about the refund by email or anything or did some money just show up in your account?

I do have a view on this and have been around since the days of UB, Absolute, the FTP debacle and Lock. To say that poker sites who operate in a black US market should hold themselves to a high standard is laughable.

Anyway, I’m not going to go back and forth with you. Bottom line is these tournaments will provide players the opportunity to win free money. If players bust out and choose to buy back in with their own money, that is their own decision.

The old software had no room for growth. Yes, I know the new upgrade has been a nightmare but once they get everything ironed out, this upgrade will allow WPN to offer things that people have been asking for such as progressive knock outs and Blitz Poker etc. I understand it's been a pain in the a** and I have been just as frustrated as everyone else but once they get this upgrade dialed in it will have a much better offering than the old one

You're welcome. If for some reason you have an issue with Live Chat converting your points to $ just PM Winning_TD and he will make sure it gets done but like I said, I contacted LC and within 5 minutes the $ was available to me

They said the upgrade was for those reasons mentioned, but the haven't been able to fix 2 simple problems in stud 8 cash. They even have the gameplay rules that work correctly for tournaments and while I am not a computer programmer, I think that would be a 'quick' fix.

I think a rollback might be appropriate if they can't iron out the bugs in a timely manner, but I would assume the new software also has some stronger security methods that aren't public.

This happened to me too today. Pretty ridiculous and of course I don’t get a hand history number to go back with.

Look like for the rake back page you just have to roll down all the support until you find Theo aka the only one who have a clue how to help you pretty much rolled like 4-5 agent telling me there was nothing to be done until my boy Theo make my rake back page work and paid me my previous rake back.

What did you not understand? I asked how or even IF you were notified of any refund and particularly Bot play refunds....
