If your account is set up with 27% rb which you can make happen via support, as opposed to the "rewards program" option, then you should just automatically receive it the following day (like 8am eastern or something) at that 27% rate based on whatever MTT fees you accrue throughout the previous day.

Plenty of data has been presented suggesting the 27% rb is the way to go over the rewards program if you aren't a massive volume reg.

Auto rebuy isn't working for me after getting stacked

edit: also getting a "Seat already taken" popup when attempting to join a waitlist. Has only happened once though

Saw blitz was back decided to play it on phone with my rakeback rewards while waiting for my oil change. Stopped 10 mins ago and what I had on the table still isn’t in my account. Should I wait a bit more or is this still a glitch?

Edit: it came back was just delayed.

Honestly why not roll back the whole update? Except for the notification sound bug (that wouldve been easily fixable) I loved the old software

Rewards page is now loading some icons but I cannot click on "loyalty" (this is where all of the VIP rakeback is being held hostage for nearly 2 full months now). On a positive note Beast leaderboard is finally back which is nice!

The update page says "loyalty program payments" are scheduled for Wednesday, July 10th. Hopefully that date puts all rewards back on track.

Also it would be nice if PLO was shown some love and unlocked even for the lowest level of Blitz.

Sorry for being off topic of the recent issues, But wondering how safe true poker is vs ACR or blackchip? Have not heard anything about the skin before so was unsure if its more risky then the others.

Still have not received rakeback for jackpot sngs. Was told it would be yesterday. Than was told it may take a few more days and there is no eta. Surprised no other jackpot players came here to complain yet. Was starting to think I’m one of the only ones not paid yet. Of it could be some of them do not know about this platform.

I see money is still getting stuck on frozen Blitz tables. I have $33.07 outstanding (luckily I tracked it this time) from my session ending 2.5 hours ago. I won’t worry about it tonight, but if I don’t have it back tomorrow, I’ll be trying support first. And if that fails, I guess I’ll PM WinningTD.

I was on 6 tables total, and the other 5 tables returned all money. But the 6th that didn’t literally stopped Blitzing with 4 other players stuck on the table with me.

Blitz poker disconnect bug is back. A table froze with 5 players, then disconnected. Once I relogin in, a phantom blitz table opens and disconnects.

I think the frozen/disconnected blitz poker tables is not returning the amount owed to player bankroll. The money is just stuck there in the abyss.

I'm still sitting on the sidelines waiting for rewards to be fully paid. But damn how many weeks into this update are we and so many issues still exist. Site wide live cash beta testing for over a month? The brave souls playing deserve a deposit bonus, play bonus and/or rake reduction.
