Hey Keyanaut, definitely never tell your password to anyone regardless of how reputable the site is. The wpn support team is probably the worst ever, I've chatted with live chat reps that barely understand English, dont trust them with anything sensitive. Just wait it out until this clears up a bit, see you on the tables gl

Frankly, they have been very good in the past. Great cashouts, quick deposits, access on the phone is very nice.

However, when they don't know something, they really spin their wheels and blame you for their mistakes.

My main issue is I changed my password, get the e-mail, update the password, then when I try to log in, it fails. However, they make it seem like this is my mistake being forgetful, and now they want to verify with very poor verification choices.

I went to withdraw my money just now and can’t even get it to work. I’m off this site. If they clean things up, I’ll come back but until then I’m not sure how anyone has any faith in having money on this site. I got caught up in Black Friday and got caught up in the carbon nonsense of waiting 5 months to get my money. I can see the signs. Hope I’m not right, I like ACR but at this point it is what it is and I’m not sure how much more evidence we need that something is very fishy and off about all this.

^^ they ban winning players. Havent played on there in years but hey at least they let everyone cash out so thats cool. It used to be great when they had more action but a lot of people got kicked off when the cracked down on regs.
