Just registered and it went down. On the bright side, I was planning on firing up 6 MTT but only registered for one before it crashed.

Can any wpn long timers user explain to me how common is this? Someone mentioned this happens quite frequently but how often do they have problems like this which last an entire week? Someone said this happened for 1 whole week last time.


I would have thought this issue would be fixed very quickly.

youd figure after you get ddossed the first few times, that you would put some things in place to prevent/mitigate them. Its not rocket science to fix, lazy network admins or not enough servers?

At this point I think we are mostly sure they are lying about the attacks

They have been getting DDOS'd for over a year and a half now. There is no reason by now they should have something set up to prevent these. Especially with all the money that they have made. Its inexcusable.

remove the kim jong un avatar and the problems will stop. north korea hacked sony and leaked alot of personal info when sony released the movie 'the interview'

thats my conclusion.

Kahn or some other ACR Rep: is it common for support to ask for your password, when trying to do a password reset?

I've been playing for several years, and this dog**** website won't change a password properly. So, when I call for temporary passwords, they say they will follow up with an e-mail to verify information. Note: this takes about 7 days total, and they blame DDOS for them not being able to send an e-mail.

Finally, the e-mail comes, and it asks me for extremely sensitive information, including name, address, PASSWORD, account information, first time I made deposit (how the hell CAN I ACCESS THAT, if I CAN'T LOG IN), method I made deposit, how much, etc.

I can't change my password, b/c their system is ****ed. They can't send me a password, b/c they ask for bull**** information (support SHOULD NEVER ask for your password).

I feel I'm being scammed in the moment, so beware to all.

Chico network right now is saying "yeaaaaaa babbbyyy yeaaaaa"--they will surely have a nice influx of new players soon. Hate to say it, i might be one of those new players. If ran properly, WPN could be such a beast network.

Not getting a to log in either. Does anyone here play on a Mac? Only reason I ask is the software has been super buggy for me overall this month and I have never seen any avatars or software changes. I have never been able to play any of the sng challenges either.

Hey Keyanaut, definitely never tell your password to anyone regardless of how reputable the site is. The wpn support team is probably the worst ever, I've chatted with live chat reps that barely understand English, dont trust them with anything sensitive. Just wait it out until this clears up a bit, see you on the tables gl
