10K was shutdown, cust service said they didn't want people to miss out so it wouldn't run. They said payouts would be by current chip position and the final shutdown. Accounts should be credited between 10 and 11 am et tomorrow.

If anyone has a problem pm me as I have a screenshot of the lobby and final 2 tables if you need it for any issues. I also have the chat log with CS.

If you like that, you'll absolutely love when you're finally able to activate your renewal card, and they charge you for another activation fee even though (in my case at least) the initial card they sent was issued three months before the expiration date. Plus a batch transfer fee if you needed to have money in your expired account transferred to your renewal account.

Just dropping in real quick to say that I have gotten my debit card (this did take a bit of time but its my understanding that it is 7card not ACR that is responsible for this) and balance transferred etc... cash in hand.
I was pretty frustrated throughout the process because it seemed like an easy thing to fix on their side, transferring balances, but I guess even with the delay from getting the new cards ACR still beats all the other US rooms, so thanks to ACR rep for sorting stuff out.

Got first card in the mail today, activated no problems. What kind of withdrawl fees does acr charge to withdraw to the card?

The common fees I enounter are:

1) There is a $2 load fee. Withdraw $500 and $498 is on the card.

2) There is a $3 withdrawl fee when you use the ATM or do a cash advance at the bank. I do the cash advance because I can withdraw the whole 2500, the max weekly withdrawl, for one 3 dollar fee.

3) There is a $5 monthly fee no matter what. Mine comes out near the 18th, but I suspect they vary depending upon when you got your first card.

4) If you use your card at a point of sale, say an electronics store for a few grand, the fee is only $1. I don't do this because black friday scarred me. When I see the money on the card, I'm off to the bank to get it out. My bank has insurance, our poker accounts and debit card do not.
