December Mission Pt. 3: Visit Challenges is not working for me.

Yes. Milestones will run for most of the month and that's a cash promo (our most expensive ever cash promo in fact). I was worried that MTTs would suffer because of Milestones, so I made the mission about a) introducing the new players we've got because of Milestones/Golden Cash Game/Advent Calendar, and b) MTTs to keep them going.

Should be done soon: I'm not too sure what happened here, as you should have qualified. We are investigating.

Hey. Why is the freeroll schedule changing so often? I'm not complaining or anything because unibet still has better everyday freerolls than other sites but the old schedule (one freeroll every hour, and they had better prize pools) was better.

Yes was surprised at the gaps in early hours of morning when I logged in to play and there weren't any! Was hoping it was a technical problem

We vary it so that we can measure what's happening. It hasn't changed in the last couple of weeks though (has it?). Not since we went from 24 daily to 12 daily.

We also vary it a bit because of milestones - this will sound cynical, but the reason we doubled the number of freerolls a couple of months ago was that we wanted to start Milestones in December. Our timing was off by a bit, but so it goes. We weren't really expecting to be doing this well yet.

I think that freerolls can be a very valuable way to interest people in poker and to demonstrate our client to new players - I think we're pretty close to having the best software on the market, and I want people to see it.

But if you do too many freerolls, that's all that people do, and we make no money. If we run more freerolls then fewer people play €1 MTT or NL4 or whatever.

Hi Andrew, table prioritisation isn't working for me on Mac. It was working up until late last night and I assumed it would be fine when I restarted the client/computer but after turning my computer on and logging on today and opening 6 tables I can confirm it isn't working and it is definitely on. I have turned it off and on since and nothing has changed.

Also another smaller issue I have is when most mtts open up initially they open in a normal size window but the actual table is miniature in the top left of the window and the rest is black. Resizing it puts it nearly to normal but some bet amounts and the milestone counter are out of position or not able to be seen.

i understand the reasons for this choice.

but i have 3 questions about freerolls,

1) unibet can increase the prizepool of freeroll if the number of freeroll has decreased ?
2) the starting stack of omaha freeroll is always 1000, 1500 is possible ?
3) we have a 100euros holdem freeroll at 18h00 and 00H00, it's possible to change one of this to 100 euros omaha freeroll ?

Yeah. Don't know if they would increase the prize pools but that 100 euro omaha tournament instead of one of the 100 holdem freerolls is a good idea. I remember there was a nice 100 euro omaha freeroll in the early days of the new software every day.

As someone that doesn't play Omaha I do prefer 2 nlh 100 freeroll. Been a while since I logged in and didn't realise the freeroll had been halved, shame!

I think if its costing too much money then deginately I understand, but am not so sure hourly would make less people play for real money, I mean the chances of winning are slim so if you have real money available you would most certainly use it anyway.

I only play between depositing as I never have same deposit for more than a few days, so it wouldn't make any difference to my spend on the site but would increase overall enjoyment. That being said maybe I'm a minority freeroll player and others do have spare cash to deposit while playing freeroll and choose not too!

I appreciate your effort here and the software is looking good so far, but I have a few suggestions:
1. I can't find any info about the blind structure of the SNGs in the software. I'm either blind, the information is well hidden or it's not available.
2. Please make handhistories in text format available. I understand that some players don't like HUDs for whatever reasons and I'm fine that you don't allow them. But the handhistories are important to track results and ensure a fair game. Maybe make them available for download after a month and/or obfuscate opponent-names.

Just noticed another thing a lot of players are doing and thought if there is a way we can change it. If a player wins a big hand they leave the table right away and then press join again and end up being at the same table but sitting back in with less then they left with. This is really frustrating as they are essentially just taking money off the table.

RnG really ok on unibet? omg man i can't handle it anymore... at least we can't see ai EV, it should be unreal....

Somehow the vast majority of online poker players always remembers the bad beats only and not when they won a hand by getting lucky themselves.
