Hi Andrew,

I've been contacting support for quite a while now (dutch unibet support) with a pc related software problem that makes it unable for me to log on to the client.

Once I boot the client I get a very badly made login screen that allows me to put in my username and password but clicking the login button or pressing enter won't get me to login to the client.

What I've tried so far:

-reinstall the software
-update to the newest version
-shut off all both of the firewalls working on my computer

Do you maybe know how to fix this problem or has anyone here experienced a similar problem with the client? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated since support seems to have a hard time coming up with any response at all.

I did my first deposit to participate in the 95m hand. I think deposit was a few minutes before crash. Client would not let me join any tables. Did manage to play after crash recovery after some waiting...
No ticket received. Not sure if I fall under your criteria, but I was definitely affected by the crash. nick: johndoe4

Try:

1. Open up Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Internet Options -> Advanced.
3. In the dropdown, almost at the bottom, make sure that the following entries are checked:
Use SSL 3.0 >>needs to be unticked
Use TLS 1.0 >>ticked
Use TLS 1.1 >> ticked
Use TLS 1.2 >>ticked
4. Apply / OK to save.
5. Now, close down the poker client and open it up again.

Hello, I just wanted to register on unibet but couldnt find austria in the countrys to choose from in the registration process. I then contacted the livechat and "simona" told me that you dont accept austrian players anymore but couldn´t tell me if this will change again in the future. A friend of mine whos austrian currently plays on unibet. So can you give me some information why you excluded NEW players from austria and if this will change in the future.

Yes, it's from legal advice. I believe we have a similar policy in a couple of other countries too. I'm afraid I can't say any more than that as it's a legal thing.

Dear Andrew, I was also online during the crash. Was looking at an empty table of the golden cash game for more than an hour. Can you please help me with a ticket for the 10,000 freeroll.

A request I saw earlier ITT was the possibility to download hand histories where every opponent is anonymized. I just would like to add me to the list of those supporting that request. It would be great for keeping track of my profit/loss and also to improve my play.

Also it would be great with an option for not showing folded hole cards. I sometimes get confused and try to act at those tables where I already folded. It slows me down a bit which mean opponents on tables where I still have cards get to wait on me longer than necessary.

Otherwise I really enjoy playing at Unibet. Keep up the good work!

Yes, yes and yes. I (TicketsFTW) can't register to the great 1€ Donkment 787333 (250€ Super Turbo Rebuy) with my 1€ tickets today, too. Cash is no problem. (I got this tickets for 7500 points earned >95% with SnGs).

Okay I think it's a big change from an another xyz skin to a standalone poker room. And nice to hear that you understand the problems.

Missing features? Not really big things. Some are already fixed (table tiling, software "booting" time, I like the new SnG player counter, too). Others there already mentioned (enter to enter ^_^). And small things like "To remember login name is a big drama because of..." which shows that you get not enough ressources. But I'm okay with hidding it at current login screen. No feature = no bug.

There were big improvements last weeks and I have no great wishes now. It should just work. Bug fixing and "smooth" games >>>> new features.

Regarding cash traffic- how many tables (ballpark) of NL 25 NL 50 NL 100 run daytime and evening UK time?

Hi Andrew,

Twice recently, including right now, I've been disconnected from Unibet while still connected to the Internet. Both times I lost the money I had in the pot - only a few preflop raises and maybe a 3 bet, so only about 10 big blinds, but this adds up. I'm also worried about what happens if this occurs in the middle of a big pot. Is there anything to be done here?

Too unreliable to calculate at the moment I think due to the downtime. Let's see how much traffic we get from 96m to 97m. If we're lucky we'll hit 96m at the end of today (I prefer them to hit when we're busy as it makes the promo better for a wider range of people).

Welcome. In their defence, I've seen this a few times recently and weren't totally sure if we had a fix so I think most people in support don't know about it yet. The problem with poker being relatively small for the site is that most customer support agents don't see many poker queries and they particularly don't get to see many of the unusual things that happen. I get to see a lot of the unusual poker things though, so I can "cheat". We're getting a new poker 2nd line support person next week so that should help in these situations.

Ok, noted. I'm a bit leery of this kind of idea as it potentially makes HUDs/trackers easier to some degree (if you use OCR on stack sizes and table names, you can later use the anonymised hands to build full hand histories), but maybe we can find a solution.

We do this in the interests of making the client simpler. Perhaps a middle-road would be to increase the transparency of folded cards?

It's too late for me to credit for that freeroll obviously, so I credited you with a ticket with your equity for that tournament. I don't want to go crazy with this if other people appear with a similar problem though because we don't have a great way to verify it.

Hmm, DEFINITELY a bug if you won it!

It turns out that the ticket thing is a bug that we fixed last week but it wasn't in time for the release. It'll be fixed with the next release. It happens when you buy into a multi-buy tournament with just one ticket.

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the site more now. The login thing is probably going to stay that way - I think it's a security thing, but it's a site-wide policy so we don't get much say in how it works right now.

Hopefully over the next few months we'll fix any remaining bugs and we'll start introducing new features at a faster rate. It should be a good year.

Thanks LuhankaDonk. 2130 GMT is a couple of hours past our peak time as we have a lot of players in the CET timezone. It's hard to say what's typical at the moment as we have so much going on, but we're probably a decent amount bigger than that.

Thanks, got it. We aren't showing disconnections on our side so I think it's something between you and us rather than a problem on either of our ends. I'm afraid there isn't much we can do about it in that case.

There're two different ones: One was yesterday and was a good will freeroll as we crashed on hand 95m. The one from the Nov mission will be on the 7th of December at 17:00 CET.
