Hi Andrew, with the black screen issue, u gave my ticket a month extension, wich I saw was extended. I played after on the browser a couple hands on it, and I now logged in and see it expired?

I had no idea it would return to the 6 day expiry phase, as it said valid till january xx. Could you pretty please revive it? The NL 25 ticket with 80€.

The hand replayer is really good btw. Overall when everything is fixed this version is much better. Very smooth and intuitive. Now, do you also have poker advertising on casino games? Like under the screen. I mean if poker is only 5 percent then u could pull a lot more in from the casino mayb.

Genuinely lots of terrible players on Unibet (hence why most of us are still here despite the software issues); it's almost certainly not fraud, it's just someone dribbling and clicking buttons...

Oh yes, it's going to be great when it's all working perfectly; there are definitely some positive signs (though my current upswing might be the reason for my rose tinted specs...). Hopefully tomorrow's update sorts out a good deal of this stuff.

Hello Andrew, after initially disliking the client change, I have gradually warmed to it and actually see lots of potential in it. Fortunately for myself, the black screen of death and disconnections seem to be a thing of the past since 2.0 came in. Sorry to all those who now suffer from these disconnections. I know how frustrating it can be.

Just a few suggestions and thoughts on the client. I have posted these in the community forum but would like to bring them on here as this seems to be your main response forum.

One thing I've noticed is that the blind information at the top of the window doesn't include antes when they kick in. Like in this picture it's 200/400 with a 50 ante but the at the very top the blind info makes no reference to the antes being in play.



Also the font in the game info box is far too small imo. You have these big chunky cards and action buttons then these tiny figures to the left with plenty of space around them to enlarge. If I was a bit older and my eyesight was not the best I'd have no chance of making them out!

Also the fade look of the lobby isn't very easy on the eye and makes browsing the tournament lobby a bit of a ball ache. This following screenshot is when the client window is maximised. There is a huge amount of wasted space here and I'm not sure why this isn't used up with a widened list of tournaments which would be much more convenient rather than the limited view we have here. Even when the client is at its normal sizing the fading at the top and bottom just doesn't look good.

Browser version (Firefox) works fine for me, but I'm really glad to hear that bug fixes for the client version are imminent.

So after a week of normal play the crashes are back. I have to say my computer did a Windows update today. The pokerclient crashes after a couple of hands. I mean.. really ?
*** this. I have no more energy to keep sending log files and printscreens again.

Force update will be turned on in the morning if all is well with this client.

Tested v2.07. Loaded 10x 5max sngs, minimised lobby. Client crashed after 10 minutes, and again ten minutes after that, obv I then finished the session. So basically the same as v2.06. The unnecessary table clutter (fold symbols on the table etc) has been cleaned up and I don't see any issues with the latest table layout.

Was the update intended to address the crash issues I'm seeing or is that for a later update?

Web browser does work without crashing, but personally 4 tabling gets boring very quickly.

Still have the same problem on my desktop, opening up any cash table force closing the client. Can't play a single hand.

Opened up 4 cash tables

- Global Sit Out next hand was selected 3 times under 10mins without me selecting it

- 1 table never let me join the game and crashed, had to shut the client down to close the table

Also, turning animations off helps a lot with crashing, much more than minimazing main client window.

Tiling still isn't working quite right on v2.07 Andrew. Playing 4 tables arranged 2x2 with the taskbar at the bottom seems to work as it should but if I move the taskbar to the right the tables resize to fill the extra space correctly but overlap slightly at the top and bottom, and this happens even if I arrange the tables 1x4 (see the screenshots below).

Also, I don't know if you can see it in the screenshots but there is an arbitrary horizontal black line above my avatar, I didn't notice this in v2.06 but I wasn't using this particular avatar in that version so I don't know if the line is specific to this version (2.07) or this particular avatar.

Hi Andrew, any news about that NETELLER/Skrill issue for German players?

Personally I think the tiny overlap is fine with the taskbar on the right. If they make the tables any smaller it'll just leave a gap on the right.

Now I dont get the ''internet connection not available'' message but everything else is the same.Still can't login after 2 weeks.This is getting ridiculous.
