Unfortunately the problems didnt get better after this release for me. Maybe even worse. My main problem is that CPU usage was very high and this remains very high. There are periods where it is constantly 99%. I think this is causing freezes. Also sometimes the program crashes at the moment you want to close it. This ofcourse is not a real big problem,because you want to close it anyway, but you might find a cause there.

I also think there is a problem with the timer and level changes. Next level in timer goes down to 00.00 and then goes up to 00.29 before the level indeed changes. Then the timer switches to 2.30 and moves down again and then you get the same problem anytime.

Do you have any news on UK or UO stops yet?

Also, could you please extend 2x 100UK tickets.

I must agree.
old client 20% cpu new 90-99% all the time, it causes freezes.

Also when I'm leaving a table there's a 3-4 sec freeze of everything.

I've sometimes after opening 7th or 8th table weird random background like some post earlier.
Never happened before update.

Played a 4 hour, or so, session earlier and had no crashes at all. So, massive improvement for me, personally.

Pretty happy with the browser version now it allows 6 tabling.

Not that I six-table a lot, but as a 4-tabling tournament player, if you have two MTTs running and two due to start in half an hour, you can reg a couple of SNGs to play in the meantime without worrying about whether you will have space for the next two MTTs to open. You can also basically reg a decent evening programme of MTTs you want to play and there is usually space for them to open into (you occasionally have to unreg if you are deep in a lot but it's rare). It would be nice to have 6 tabling in the android client.

There is one semi-untrapped error message with the browser. If you log in and play, then leave it for a while (maybe an hour), then try to sit at a cash table you get "session not found".

As an former web programmer (ASP classic ftw) I have a fair idea what that means and was able to "fix" it by closing the browser and reopening it. For regular users it would be nice to change that message to something more descriptive - or actually it would be better if the system solved the problem itself (get a new session token, make the user login again or something similar)

It just keeps freezing. Yesterday, I played for like 6 minutes and when the 4th table opened, it crashed. Did not even try to log back in. Now how can this work from the upcoming quarter if it's at its worst state? I was sending plenty of screenshots this month but it seems to have had no effect. I am talking about the client, of course.

I have played at least 100k hands (200+ hours) every month in the past 1,5 half years!!!! so I am very very disappointed. Huge losses for me in December and I won't be able to start the new challenge, either.

New client update: Generally smoother running, many of the problems better but few fully resolved:
- Still having login error where the client refuses to load (stays blank, and balance stays showing 0 Euros). Usually it will work on the second go, sometimes on the first and sometimes on the third. Is it caused by overload of the server do you think?
- There is still a lag upon action if CPU is running any other program. It is no longer game breaking, which is obviously an improvement, but there is sometimes a few seconds lag when performing any action which is still rather annoying.
- Have once experienced the one table freeze (with all the other tables operating properly), but it only lasted a few seconds, which is again an improvement.
- Still hangs when opening the fourth/fifth SNG tables, so I'm sticking to four. This has not improved. This is still if the tournaments are running, not on the buyin screen, so there is a clear workaround.
- Likewise, four tables is still the ceiling for being able to play tournaments relatively smoothly; it still didn't seem to like 5 when I tried it, with all tables getting very laggy. I still look forward to being able to play six.
- The lobby still lags heavily when you have any tables running. May be due to CPU usage I guess?

To summarise, things have improved a bit with the update.

Had to move to browser version because I cannot 5+ table in exe client at the moment since I keep getting the "big bad wolf" bug from above ^.

Since playing here it seemed more stable and was actually quite fun because of the simplistic stacking. Until after about 30 minutes of play, somehow the action buttons from previous state stayed on the table while the game had moved on. Notice the previous hand GUI label is overdrawn too. I also had one black screen crash but I realise using IE on W7 is probably not the best idea so ill try different browser in future.

I'm using Chrome without trouble if that helps.

The new client update does not work at all, when I open the tables they are black, no avatars, no cards displayed. Nothing. So I went back to the browser version for now. You need to fix it asap ,every client upgrade seems to get worse for me (win 7 laptop).

This is my 1st Unibet open and I'm doing day 1a, so, 22-26th. What time does the tournament end on the 26th after I've won? Because I don't have a room in the hotel on that night and need to get back home...

Yeah I started using Chrome after that session, it has been a lot more stable, no issues so far.

Main lobby background is black, no banners to be seen anywhere via the iPad client.

Challenges bonus points dont have value in list. 50 points was 10 points but I didnt know this till I cleared it.

No notification when clearing a challenge step.

Also shouldnt higher $ tickets and bonus be better value ie. proportionally less points than lower $ tickets? And bonus be better value since you have to clear it?

I like the Store.

Trading in points for more play in the form of tickets that can be used or a bonus that needs to be cleared with play is a good move as it adds to liquidity and seems at current rates to be very fair.

p.s.-- No crashes for me for over a week (My secret: no animation on, two tables max, daily exercise and clean-living)
