As for the sitout angle they should first fix the bug that makes you appear as sitout even if you are not (as well as the fact that the option to sit back in only appears after the next hand starts), before they make other changes to solve this issue. The vast majority of people I see "doing it" aren't intentional and are forced to modify their play because of this bug.
Also there is something to kind of combat this, try clicking the sit-out/sit in button a few times during a hand in a tournament, preferably one where you don't mind missing some hands

Got one of my Banzai tickets to over 10 euro's, but probably just not enough to finish top 5 (not gonna say the exact value because that would give an information advantage to other players 
). Really have to stop playing now because I have to go to work early in the morning.
I, and maybe other people with a job with regular hours, would prefer to have a contest like this in the weekend. Because in the week I just don't have the time to grind a ticket up in two days.
