One thing I really don't understand: why tournament players are excluded from Double Trouble and Super Double Trouble? Not that it would be easy to lose 400€ to those games, more like a matter of principle (and after bad week it would certainly have appeal to tournament players as well).

Most likely because if you lost 400 playing cash you would have ended up paying more in rake than if you had lost that much in tournaments.

Something has to fund the give-backs and keep the lights on and that something is rake. It isn't personal ...

I don't think you can exchange cash tickets with playthrough on them.

Cool. If you see any errors let me know. We're at the stage where if we find fairly minor bugs in the 1.0 client, we aren't going to fix them unless the bug also exists in 2.0. If there're bugs in this part of the client, it could well be that they are carried over, so it's worth investigating.

I want to include SNG, but if we do then we're diluting the value in the promotion. When we're into the autumn & winter we should be quite a bit bigger than we are at the moment, and I'll look at expanding the promo then. I think if we had one DT on the traditional Tuesday and another on, say, Saturday, but still credit tickets the same way, we should improve it for a lot of players. We can include SNG at that stage.

We can't include MTT though, because if someone enters one €20 MTT and doesn't cash, they're into DT. That'll be 90% of the entrants, which defeats the purpose. SNG have a mildly similar problem, but it isn't such a big deal most of the time.

That's definitely a factor. I have a budget of the revenue percentage that I can spend on promos, which is why I can't just increase DT/SDT right now. But the aim of the promo is to reward players who are losing that week, so I don't want to tie it too explicitly to rake. That's why I like the plan of improving the promo via adding a second tourney each week at the same time as we include SNG. It should work out pretty well for everyone.

I wouldn't usually ask for part playthrough to be extended but the program automatically used this ticket rather than the one of the Banzai competition tickets we had a couple of weeks back.

Hello, I was the fella ranting about cpu lag about a month ago. I was having so many problems with the client that it was just unplayable for me so I had a moan here and deleted the client. Felt like a lost soul in online poker the following weeks because I really loved playing here!

Anyway, I caved in and decided to give it another go recently. Funnily, it's back to working pretty well and I'm in love again.

My question is: Has there been a recent update which could possibly have remedied the problems I was having? Because nothing has changed my end really. Just curious. I suppose it doesn't matter now with a new version upcoming.

Not sure is this is you field Andrew, but how excatly conversion $ <> EUR work? I play in euros ofc, but on website and when i withdraw money it is in USD. So i know it works by converting the money on the spot, but what happen if i enter 8tables and then 4hrs later when im done with sesh, i leave tables but now conversion rate is different. Does it use the original rate (the one that was when i joined tables) or the one that is active now?

It's a spot converstion i believe. It'll use the current exchange rate when you leave the tables I think.

There was a software update at the end of July but I don't think there was anything specific in the notes about improving speed. It may have been a corrupt install of your last client that was cleared with the reinstall.
