while playing UK tour tonight (started at 21:30 CET), I noticed during the brake that the "next level" time was moving on. But forgot to check what actually happened when the game resumed. Is that maybe a bug ?

The next level time has the break time added to it in the breaks. so in the uk25 the levels are 3mins but the timer would be 8 mins at the beginning of a break if the level had just risen at the start of the break.

Hi There, Im new here and i hope i can find an answer on my question.
(Sorry i have 2 questions)

I play cashgames (Microstakes) on Unibet and i challenged myself to build a roll from scratch. At this moment i have the feeling i crush NL4 and NL10 but there is no handhistory availeble to export too see how much my winrate bb/100 is and how many hands i played so far (per stakes).

I need a winrate and a samplesize to see if i beat a certain level. I want to move up in stakes but only if i beat something over a decent samplesize.

Is there a way i can ask an overview of played hands? (Maybe this info can be built into the pokerclient, altough its not nice for most players to see how much they lost :-) )

My Second Question. Will there be a replayer in the future? I think it would be a great value when we could export a hand (or replay it) for off table study.

Just 1 hand at a time.. (Make it time consuming to block any datamining but it should be fun to share a hand with a friend or something)

^ To get your total profits look at the cashier and minus the amount of you initial deposit. To get your number of hands look at total number of flops (click on yourself, then on number of flops and you can filter for date range) and multiply that number by about 4 to get number of hands (use 3 if you're pretty loose or 5 if pretty tight)

Alternatively (and if you also play other stuff besides cash) look at total rake paid (roughly your total number of challenge points / 100). If that number is less than your total profit you are probably fine to move up.

See https://www.unibet.co.uk/poker/challenges under "See all rewards". Though we give away tickets to games that aren't necessarily someone's first choice because it's in our interests. We have causal data that say players stay longer when they do that.

Isn't this the same as before, and the way it's intended. While it says there're 9/110, there're two players on 0 chips, so it'll quickly be updated to 7/11. Adding another player would mean that 7th has to be paid, which means someone could reg and immediately be paid.

I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. For a start, I don't convert any of the welcome tickets to other types. Second, the value of these tickets isn't €50 each, it's entry to a freeroll that pays out €50 in total. Other people play in those freerolls too.

No, there were 8 players left with 5 prizes paid for at least 15 minutes, Player 11 joined making 9 active players and 6 prizes and this closed registration. That picture of the lobby is an accurate representation of the actual players on the table(I had the table open as well), I think the problem is caused by the numbering of the KOed players it seems the "close registration event" is activated by the numbering of the KOed players rather that by the number of active players.

The 2 players on 0 chips were KOed at 7th but with new players joining that would make them 11th and 10th. So everytime a couple players get knocked out early they will numbered quite low and when then a lot of new players could join but as soon as the prizes reach the number of the KOed players the game will close reg even though there is no need.

Its not really a problem for me just letting you know because to me it doesnt seem to be working as intended.

The above would be logical - what I meant to say, was that registration closes because it doesn't work jonny describes above - it "thinks" those players are seventh.

The long term fix would be to "order" peoples positions based on number of chips with "time of bustout" the tie-breaker if people have zero chips, followed by number of chips on bustout, rather than as now setting the person's position in stone immediately when they bust out - nobody cares if you send a message to someone telling them they busted in 17th position and later more people register and push that person down the rankings.

These errors are caused by Unibet blocking IPs after some brute force attacks. I think some people are being caught up in it that shouldn't be, though we've stopped blocking whole countries like we had to earlier in the week.

I believe all of the IPs involved are unblocked now, is anyone still running into this problem?

If you mail support they should be able to get you this info. I think it'd probably work out poorly for us if we added it to the client - my favourite players are the ones who deposit €50 every month and view it as entertainment. Perhaps they wouldn't find it so entertaining after doing it for a couple of years and seeing how it adds up - you don't see your annualised bar tab or whatever.

Yes, but we're talking several months rather than weeks. It's at the top of my list, along with rebuys. I'd like to be able to export a couple of hands per day for the reasons you mention.

That isn't how it works - there were only 6 players left in the tournament when registration was closed. Nobody can join because someone has already finished in 7th. I'm pretty sure that this is how it works on PS too, for example.

This is not true, imo nobody finished 7th, because there are still playing 9 players in the satellite.
At the moment of the screenshot, there were 9 players left, 6 players paid, with an 6th place of 90€. If a 10th players would have joined 6th place would just become 180€.....
Late reg should be open for another hour imo (as the tourney only was running 44 minutes so far)

i dont think you should compare with stars on this one, because stars never have tourneys where they have so much overlay that late regging gets close to ITM/ the bubble....

I think if we get to the bubble, late-reg should close, and i specifically mean, when we get to the bubble, so in above example; when a player has finished in 8th, 7th would be the bubble. So in the example hand; when player 8th finishes, i would expect late reg to close at the end of that hand (its different now)

Just one note to this, if another player joined it would have made 2xuk packages and a 3rd prize of the remainder.

The image shows two players with zero chips who are just about to finish 7th.

They got knocked out at least 20 minutes earlier.

Then it's the same thing. Some people have already finished 7th. Adding another player would mean that 7th gets paid. That's why it is this way.
