and saying i should go to support is not really enjoyable, the chat doesn't even know what to do, nobody understands the EV problem, and the answer is"it will be fixed" yeah yeah WTF does that do for me tilting the **** around now because of the Adobe Air sucking ?Balls

I think Unibet needs to investigate this issue because if my suspicion is true, not only they are bots but they collude too. I think you need to have some bot detecting software, if you don't.
The screen names of the 3 players were: Ido (not sure if i or l), jamesbond8 and ___--______ (or sth like that).

Could you please exchange the following tickets into a €25 NL ticket
- €5 NL Banzai ticket
- €10 PLO ticket
- €4 NL NLHE ticket
- 2 x €1 MTT ticket
