I guess that it's also a rakeback issue. If i'm correct the rake/rakeback ratio at NL25 and NL50 is the worst.

How's the new release going for everyone?
Assuming we continue to grow, I think we'll inevitably have a bigger game at some point.
There're two problems with adding a bigger game. The first is that it means new players will lose faster than they do at NL400. There aren't that many people who will deposit €1k on a whim, but the ones that do tend to be very valuable for the company as a whole. If they lose even faster at poker, they're more likely to leave the whole company.
The second is that maybe NL400 will slow down/stop running. We have the liquidity to run that game but maybe not if we split it in half. Although NL400 traffic is good, we still have more NL200 players.
I think that poker liquidity has several big tipping points. If you go from one player to two, then obviously you make a lot more money per player (infinitely more in that case). If you go from 11 to 12, that marginal player is probably worth a lot more than the previous player, as now we can have 3 tables instead of 2, or whatever. I've done quite a lot of work on that problem and I think we're around one of those tipping points at NL400 at the moment, so reducing traffic there could cost us a lot.
But we're growing and there's demand, including from people who used to play with us but no longer do due to the lack of bigger games. I'd like to see how the game behaviour changes with a little more growth first, then we'll see. It's a matter of when rather than if I think.
In the past I wasn't sure which level to add, but I think now it'd have to be NL600. This is because if we did NL1k then I expect several PS regs would move here because the loyalty scheme would count here, and that just makes the losing players problem worse. NL800 is close enough to NL1k that it'd be much the same thing.
Alias is better (the name you use at the tables) because people can try to guess your password if they know your username.
The shorter stack is removed from play. If you win 2 packages, you can use second one to re-enter, but you can't rebuy if you don't bust, it's just re-entry.
Yeh - the promo didn't work for the first couple of days of the month, and the process that fixed it meant that some people could earn a couple more freeroll tickets than expected.

Yeh, that could well be better. The problem is that it'd probably require a redesign of the Challenges page as now there'd be redundant/confusing information, so it's something for the long term.
Nice, thanks for the feedback. As time goes on I think we'll see more and more big screen Android phones and we have to worry about this problem a bit less. We still need to have a version of the client that's optimised for smaller screens, but sadly that's several months off at the moment.

Yeh, it's very CPU intensive. That's the reason we don't have multi-tabling on Android yet, but again, that's something for a few month's time.

Exactly. You get the same number of points per euro of rake paid at any stake. But Challenges pays out more to people who rake a lot or a little than people who rake in the middle. Relatively low volume players at NL25 and NL50 will often find themselves in the middle, but high volume and very low volume won't.

you can play it on the charger easily.
Im always closing it through the task manager just to be sure the battery is not drained that fast.

Some feedback for u Andrew: last week I watched Sams twitch Stream and won a 10NL ticket, yet almost a week later and havent received anything.
Now Im personally not arsed about the ticket (ran my bankroll into the ground last week, started of at 10NL again so thought I could use a ticket back then but Im back at 50NL again, blabla...)
but the point I want to make is why does it take so long to receive tickets? I mostly dont bother with those tickets but I still think its a great thing for a lot of viewers and possibly new players on Unibet.
And its not the first time those tickets end up in a mess with people asking here when they are going to get them etc.
Now I understand that the logistics of crediting tickets might be a bit of a hassle at this point but if u want to improve the twitch stream 'experience' this should be improved so people would get there ticket(s) maybe the next day at last. Imagine being new, checking the client out and some people prob dont want/cant deposit a lot of money and a 10NL ticket is a decent amount to get started or to play around with. If I had to wait a week on it I might not be interested anymore lol. And I know that there are still a lot of improvements on your schedule but thought I just mention it to give u some thoughts.
And Merry Xmas to everyone, few days early but thats for the people who arent on later this week, ho ho ho
