Same here on the android app, technical error 2 and 3 when I try to join a table. I can log in but can't get back on my table,also can't leave it to join a new one and my balance and tickets are missing.
I know this will be fixed but it would be worrying if I was new to the site

My client (desktop version win7) is also bugging. My Cash Balance, my tickets and my Bonus is missing. The client also needs to load way too long to actually start.

Anyone else having problems with the pc version?

Since a few minutesmy balance in the client says 0€ and all my tickets have dissappeared as well. In the browser I can still see the actual balance though, and I can also still join tables. Anyone else having this bug?

My bankroll has just been set to 0€ when i left my tables, i had this a few times lately but not this long, could you take please a look at it? I have also lost all my tickets and bonus btw...

Same issue with bankroll/tickets gone, are they mental? What signal does that send out to people who deposit for the first time? (incidentally me since i'm boycotting stars )

Same. Balance showed as zero, restarted client and balance reappeared but sng lobby is blank so can't play.

It's just a display issue, you can still join cash tables and play fine (my sng and tournie lobbies are also displaying correctly), also with the tickets that have "disappeared".

Not sure if the problem got resolved just now or playing a cash ticket solved it, balance and tickets are now displaying correctly for me.

I would recommend to take a deep breathe, relax, check out the outside world for a bit and then apply the "wait and see" strategy until this technical issue gets fixed. Unibet certainly has been made aware of it already. Alternatively, watch a movie, read a book or play a video game.

My account is back to normal.

Well, we could make it run on <20 players by having the tables be 2-handed if there're 6 or fewer, 3-handed if 9 or fewer, or whatever. That way the hands/hour will be higher than in regular games still.

I don't think it'd be good for us to encourage traffic to move from regular games to fast fold games because I think new players lose faster per hand there (and obviously per hour too).

So it's a question of whether we acquire more players or more play as a result, and the only real way we can estimate that will be if we get a lot of requests for it.

This was from a brief network problem that led to the cashier etc not updating properly. We restarted that part of the system and it all appears to be resolved now. Sorry about that.

In your case, you started in Sep '14 and cleared the first two steps.

I think this is quite a hard one to do because we need to be very clear that those aren't active cards, particularly for people playing four tables etc.

Just generally the cards need to be easier to read. It's the single biggest problem with the Unibet software design. I mistook a 4 for an A again yesterday. They need display next to each other (rather than cutely in a V shape) and have the number and suit each occupying about half the card.
