Today, I got disconnected again, only for 2/3 seconds and I mucked no hands because of this. I was playing 8 tables and I took this printscreen:

For the unibet process, the CPU is 14 and memory is 1.341.420K. I don't know what this means.
I have an i7 with 3.40GHz and 8GB of RAM. Is my computer already too ****ty for your software?
Btw, I'm not totally sure if you were the one responsible for the ticket I got yesterday but thanks anyway.
Seems like it should be fine, did you have task manager open when you disconnected? I think the typical bottleneck for the client is graphics card, what do you have there?

Memory usage is most likely either memory leaks (not much a developer can do about those if the underlying platform mismanages memory allocation) OR because nothing is ever written to a persistant store, which makes sense from a security point of view. If it really is Air all a dev can do is limit the size of bitmaps or come up with some clever stuff like reusing resources from certain avatars, or use tiled patterns for backgrounds combined with a gradient (although the gradient will be GPU intensive, or I'm guessing if it's AIR: CPU intensive).
TLDR: building a visually rich multi platform poker client isnt simple, much less so when keeping security in mind.
Yeh, it's Adobe Air, and I've asked the developers to look at improving the performance and it doesn't look like there's much they can do. We're hoping we can do something about it in the longer term, but we're talking at least eighteen months (by which time people will have more powerful machines anyway, but still).

Yeh, sorry. I should note that there's a clock in the client though.

Bit annoyed as I missed the UO slots freeroll today because of it.
I've had this before on my work machine and I'm not sure what is happening. It seems to work if I reboot, do you still have problems?

It's a 10 multi-entry. It looks like we've set the expiry date too early - the final freeroll is on the 10th of May but the ticket expires on the 4th. We'll get that fixed.

Then next someone does something daft with planning does it 4 times and the last time it goes wrong, because sometimes with all the best planning in the world things can go wrong.
In daft I mean maybe something like running across a motorway or some kind of pursuit where without planning you might be lucky enough to survive but its unlikely, but with the proper training/planning you will most likely survive but there is a chance that luck can creep up and bite you in the backside.
I think if you could make something humorous for an advert it sticks in peoples minds more and gets them talking, failing that you will just have to use meerkats playing poker
Thanks, that's a good idea too.

Sure, almost done, but we don't have any €5 tickets so I converted 4x €1 SNG into 1x €4 NL4.

first of all, you have often stated that the goal is to offer a "level playing field". How do these rakeraces fit this picture? Anyone who is not signed to these specific affiliates are missing out on these races. In my opinion, its not fair to other players. Unibet has gone back to 2006 with this move.
secondly - these races obviously make the games worse and thats the last thing we need.
Please think about removing these affiliate-based races.
Yup. I hate them. The problem is that we need to be nice to the affiliate team because we need new players. It's something I'd like to fix in the future but I don't think I can do anything about it this month.
