about those "players in pool" numbers:
are those unique players numbers, or sum of players' avatars in the game ?

I'm pretty sure it's the seats occupied plus avatars in the queue. E.g. if Banzai is showing 8 and you join then it's frequently a new game. If it's showing a multiple of 6 then you don't get seated but are first in the queue.

For SNGs it seems not to include the queue, but I think it does multi-count seats occupied.

Now that brexit is official. Is unibet going to apply for another gaming license inside the EU?

From what I can see you are licensed by Gibraltar which is now outside of the EU.

Hey, big problem here, Santa Tokens vanished before they should!

I had around 60 Gold Tokens and 80 Silver Tokens for Santa Promotion (I was gathering them through ALL THE DECEMBER to use them at once) and it was clearly written that they are valid till 2nd Jan 2020, 01:00 AM.

So I figured I am going to use them today.
I logged in today and the promotion is gone. No Santa Promo button, no tokens available in the lobby

Why wasn't there written "Expire 31.12.2020 23:59" ? Obviously if it says "Expire 02.01.2021 01:00 AM" I should be able to open the game and use it till then

For European customers they are licensed in Malta. - I think they transfered us a while ago or maybe it was always like that.

I imagine they are going to continue sitting in the UK regardless.

You will be able to use them as a re-entry. Or wait for end of pandemic and UO Live comes back.

The promo was removed a day early in error. We're waiting for a report from Relax on all the unused tokens and will then make a decision on what we think will be the fairest course of action.

Is there still a direct UO qualifier based on 50-euro tickets (I think it was a rebuy/add on) or is the only way now to go through the 250 euro qualifiers?

€50 -> €250 -> €1,100 is the only route just now although there were some €50 R/As that were added in the week running up to the last UO Online.

We expect the UO events to run this year in similar slots as last year and I'd personally predict that they'll all be online again. Obviously any decision on a live event for Q3/Q4 can only be made nearer the time but we'll try and give everyone as much notice as we can if plans change.

No problem at all, neither interact with the Unibet client in any way. Having said that, you'll run better if you don't have Stars open and just play on Unibet
