Cliffs : Change the 200K back to 5000 chips.
Put back the old tournament tickets in the store.
Let bronze and silver players have access to points for cash, even at a terrible percentage.

i realise that you've said that there has been no segregation implemented and that you'd have been informed if this was the case. however, each time you've added a disclaimer of sorts and said you would speak to the relevant team and give us more feedback.

so i'm sorry to bring it up again but given that this is a huge concern of mine, and many other players, plus the strange lack of fish in recent weeks, accompanied by the weird tables "missing" in the lobby, can you please come out and say with absolute certainty that there is no segregation going on at the cash game tables? it would be greatly appreciated.

+ 10k in the Sunday 100k gtd and more in other smaller Majors. Oh and 100k in the 500k. $150k+ LOST in revenue this month already. That's just ridiculous....

FFS! Following the recent comments in this thread I decided to calculate if I'd been receiving the appropriate reward points proportional to rake over the past few days and obviously this is not the case! (too few conveniently). What is going on? How long are we going to have to keep looking over our shoulder? Trust is essential and there isn't any!

As I said on the 3rd March - there is no segregation in place.
We believe the recent table ID issue was a lobby refresh issue and the team are looking at an optimization process.

Regarding points issues - this is with the team and CS are dealing with any issues raised, please send them an email if you feel your points are incorrect.

Up to 6th level registration and rebuy in my turbo is destroying the prizepool. Soon they will lower the Gtd and it will be totally screwed up.
It was good the way it was. Gtd was always met. Why do they make these F*** ups ?

Please note this will impact all of our services resulting in downtime - MTTs and SNGs will be cancelled for the duration of the downtime. Cash games will not be effected and will be available.

Will the schedule be changed just for today or permanently? I reported a tournament missing from the schedule on Monday to CS and posted about it twice in this thread but didn't receive any response. It's still missing.

I open and sit 4 new cashgame tables, but i cant find them in the lobby.
and also nobody is joining. a bit strange.

This will now go live in the next update planned in the next few weeks.

How can it get any worse?

I've not played poker for nearly a year now, come back to this thread to have a look and nothing at all seems to have changed and it's just the same old endless reports about the same bugs, crashes, etc that there was last year...

Party should have tried harder to keep Bill Rini IMHO, as in the nearly 10 years I played at Party - his time as poker room manager was the only time things actually started to improve...

The 19:20GMT 2K PLO has now changed from $50 to $35 was this intentional perhaps this could move back to 50?

Ideas - Could we have a 20/25/30RB perhaps in the mornings GMT with say a 2.5k gtd for starters at 11 or 12 noon and perhaps a 2.5k gtd 50/100 deepstack freezeout around 2PM I know u are trying to open up the European market, and have formed a partnership with DTD Nottingham and this would surely start getting them to play

The 19:30GMT 10,000GTD $100 could we move the starting stack to 5k for this instead of 3
