really dunno wtf party is doing

does anyone have any idea why i can't register for the 200k guranteed, 200+15? i click "register now" draw from my balance, hit ok, and then nothing happens. tried maybe 5-7 times so far and have closed/reopened party. the tournament is in late registration at the moment but it goes till level 3.

never heard of anything like this.

Holy bad blind structure batman!

The current hyper-turbo SNG structure makes no sense at all:
It has those 2 ridiculous jumps, ridiculously quick reduction in in BBs and horrible values for mental arithmetic

Why not just keep 2K starting stacks and use the existing "Turbo" blind structure with the first 3 levels removed:
Please, please, please take some feedback from us SNG players and don't keep the current crazy structure - it really makes no sense at all and is unplayable as it is.

the 200/400 jump is way off, yes.

It is true that PS listens to players on forums and invites them to headquarters to have further feedback and discussion, but at least Party has a rep actively participating in this thread. Oh wait, never mind. The last post from Party here was in 2011.

Step 6 basically only runs 2/3 times on sunday night and you'll be facing 6/7 regulars who bought in directly. Think that says enough about the traffic.

At lower stakes more recreational players obv. I don't play them, but my guess would be that steps are alot softer then regular sng's at that same level.

It's amusing. They swap to weighted contributed, get rid of rake races and other such promos, stop offering anywhere near the number of valuable site-wide promos. They then lose an enormous amount of players and can't quite seem to figure out why.

Must be just the fickleness of players, perhaps the seasonal waxing and waning of the player population.

Are a bunch of you guys getting disconnection issues? I'm getting so many, so is a few of my buddies, and all got the same old story about it being problems on my/our end. The thing is I played at stars at the same time through a few of these occasions and didn't get disconnected from them. They ask me to do a trace report, which is pointless! when I'm connected their aint a problem, so trace = tick. But when I'm discoed a trace report is not possible. This is just disgraceful, clearly they have an issue causing alot of people problems and costing alot of people money, why the **** can't they own up to it and do something about it as opposed to redirecting the responsibility to their customers.
