Just wondering if we can get some more $2-4 NLH MTTs added to the schedule? Right now it seems all the tourneys are $1.1 or $5.5 nothing in between. Just looking for a little more variety for the low stakes player.

We do not really offer stakes in between the $1 and $5.50 tourneys so we do not overwhelm the schedule for players and cannibalize the offering - sometimes less is more
However we will of course review our offering on an ongoing basis and review gaps to add further offerings for all

Obviously its great that the mtt was re-run that same evening, but that's beyond the point. My question is why wasn't the usual cancellation policy applied (and then the mtt re-run)? It's frustrating personally because I had a 3X starting stack at the time, but more importantly I am now confused as to based on what Party choose to uphold their own T&Cs or not ...

I'm sure its not but this unfortunately looks like a cheap money grab. Surely the cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness so abit confused as to why it wasn't used this time.

I have shared all the info I have - I believe the decision to re run the tournament is an anomaly - we have never cancelled and re ran a tournament in the same evening - we wanted to try please our players and offer the same tournament and not ruin the powerfest momentum
We also wanted to ensure we honored the promised gaurentee and as the tournament was currently still within registration period the decision was made to re run the event
I would suggest you address and email to [email protected] and the relevant management team can review and address your concerns in more detail

These are not in the next road-map - not in the near future - possibly later in the year.

I was not in that tournament but this is absurd. Let's suppose there was a 1M Gtd $109 winner take all tournament. 10,000 people register for that tournament and then after 9998 people have been eliminated, when there's only 2 people left, you cancel the tournament and give those 2 people their $109 back and pocket the other 1,089,782.

That's your new cancellation policy.

Or, anytime it looks like there will be an overlay it's ok; just cancel the MTT late into the registration period, don't honour the guarantee, pocket the money from anyone who busted. Re-run and repeat! Get ready for some 1 billion guarentees...

I think you missed my point, I asked the question earlier in the thread but you didn't answer does my first entry go towards my mission completion status?

Or in the stated example : 40 people had their buy-in taken away from them while never having a chance to win ANY money, as the tournament was ultimately cancelled and thus never meant to pay out In all fairness, you should of attributed the 40 X 100$ to the active players at the time of cancellation, as ICM dictates.

There is no "scam" and as per my previous post - we made the decision to re run the tournament to give players the opportunity to play and us the chance to honor the gaurentee

With regards to the missions - opt in was prior to the 8th - if you have opted in the requirements are 4 x $109/$215 powerfest events only
All accounts should be verified - you will be asked to provide valid photo ID and proof of address

I played in my 4th 109d powerfest yesterday (# 67,68,71,79) but no mission ticket. I already contacted support so hopefully they can sort it out.

Let's say 6 left the tournament and 33 had used a re-entry. Will they be treated differently when considering potential refunds?

The opt-in before 8th wasnt very clear It seemed like the mission is available until 13th.

The guarantee wasn't honoured though, it should have been split between the remaining players as per the cancellation policy not used to create a guarantee for another, separate tournament.

It may not be a scam in that people are not implying that it was cancelled on purpose, but this decision is a clear violation of your cancelation policy and it is unfair. Unfair for those that busted with no chance of winning, unfair for those that remained who were re-funded much less than the value of their chips. Party just nullified 2 hours of play for them, “sorry, non of those pots counted”.

Saying that it ok because another tournament was later run with the same guarantee was run is missing the point.
