I'm waiting on bwin support for an answer on this so naturally I don't expect a response this month, so can anyone tell me whether withdrawing will cancel active deposit bonuses? Ideally on bwin but I assume it's the same as on Party?

Usually it's been if you have a bonus offer that you need to deposit for then you can't withdraw or you'll lose the offer

If you are already clearing a bonus then withdrawing doesn't affect it

cant buy cash from the store, because 'system is busy' busy doing what exactly?

Saw that Party was deducting my points for non-activity (my fault for not paying attention, but an email would have been nice. Cost me ~5K points before I noticed) so I busted out 2K points and for the past 2 days I get 'system busy' when I try to purchase the $500 cash bonus.

The 29th and the 1st will count- prizes will be awarded on the 2nd

I have the "enable sound alerts on action" option unchecked in settings and yet i still hear a pinging noise every time its my turn to act. How do i turn this sound off?

You can try checking it back on and leaving the settings and then going back there and unchecking the option.

If that doesn't work, delete the action.wav from PartyGaming\PartyPoker\NewSounds when the client is not running (it will re-appear if there is an update).

Didn't (yet) get my Week 2 Powerfest ticket for playing four Week 1 events....?

Day 3, still getting system busy when trying to purchase a $500 cash reward.

Played in a $5.50 Sat to $22 tourney and it is only good for any $22 satellite rather than any $22 tourney. First time this was the case and I have played in party Sats before bummed.

Wanted to use it on the upcoming $22 Power series events.

Yeah would be really good to make it possible to use a $22 ticket for every $22 tournament, not just for the $109 satellites

This is the expected functionality in the sat tree - the changes were made early Feb - the tickets won from the sat steps are now only available for the $109 ticket tourneys

I will raise this with the team responsible for the store - thanks for bringing this to my attention
