It seems logical that party hasn't fixed any bugs in the software because they are launching new software within a few months. They probably have their best programmers busy working on the new software, likely along with zynga engineers (who should be amazing)..and have just left a few of their 'not so good' guys to keep the ship steady in the meantime - although it appears to be sinking, I think they will make it.

If i'm not wrong, zynga hired the pokertableratings guys last year.. i'm sure they are part of the process in developing zyngas partypoker experience and i'm quite sure all party poker skins will be updated to this new software.

ps. I also think that because bwinparty is a publicly traded company, the partyrep needs to be very careful about how much info he gives out in this thread, etc. Unlike for example PokerStars.

Party_Rep, that reminds me of the fact that you haven't actually answered any questions about that so far. Are you in fact freerolling every time someone steals a credit card number and deposits at Party? Are you making the honest players pay for your freeroll?

I think they are likely being scummy, but at the same time probably operating within the law as they see it. Which is true of most greedy scummy companies. I think as money starts to dry up, this behavior gets worse. The good news for players now is, there is opportunity for partypoker to make more money and there is also more oversight with bwin and zynga in the game. So, I think you might see improvement in this area.. at least in the short term.

nor will it ever. it was mentioned that no more new features on any poker site would be coded into PT3 now that PT4 is commercial. All PT3 will get now is bug fixes and thats it. FastForward Tables is considered to be a New Feature hense why it doesn't work in PT 3

i still don't get why you guys are complaining. even IFORGET has over 5% rakeback from the promo and if he hits anything more it will jump 1-30% for every bingo city.

and we are only 1/3 through with the promo

I missed the first time they ran it when they awarded all the goodies the first 2 days. even the 2nd time they ran it many, including myself, hit oceania for $2k

and last time i got a country as well. i think each time the promo has been worth more than 10% rb for me. 10% is what party's promos are usually worth on average

Seems to me you're a midstakes grinder. But an average player gets jack **** on this kinda promo. I've raked close to $500 this month and so far I have only got $1 and have 3 cities on Senegal & Colombia.

The average recreational player doesnt even come close to raking 500 a month & imo Party makes it look like the promo is something very doable.

I think it would be better if they offered prizes that are going to hit... Right now basically they could say you get 1 million if you get world domination because nobody is going to get it anyways. Which is kind of annoying. Make it possible to hit and lower the prize to $5k or $10k for anyone that hits it etc.

it cant be within the law of a eu licenced and stockmarket traded company to steal money from their customers because someone else used a stolen credit card to cashin.

its party pokers job to prevent criminals from using stolen credit cards to cashin and its their damage if it happens, not the honest players.
