I just heard back from support about my withdrawal and they said 5-9 business days and it has only been 6 business days since my 03/12 request. So I guess they have until 03/25 for mine and 03/23 for yours.

This is still with in their structure, it is 5-9 business days.

Today is day 14. 10th business day. still not in. 9th if you don't count the day i requested.

I just messaged support and got this:

Tomorrow is my 9th business day. I would imagine I'd be someone who is top priority for them to pay out because I've lost so much there this year in sports and casino. Close to $40k+

If they don't pay me out, they are probably not paying anyone out.

Ok this time is a bit different than I believe in either 15 or 14 when it took them months. The main difference is that the player base is essentially gone, maybe with the micro bots gone they weren't getting paid so they left?

Merge makes their money from sports and doesn't make much elsewhere. Their poker room is probably a loss leader for them.

But if they aren't paying big bettors like myself and someone like me who just dumped $11k in blackjack before requesting these payouts they aren't going to pay a poker player who feeds off their fish.

Hoping both me and quad get paid tomorrow or the next day.

edit: they could be backed up with many withdrawals bc people dont see a point leaving money on if they cant sports bet. Them at least acknowledging the problem and delay is a silver lining tho? lets hope

Some good news. I just got the cash out. Today was the 11th business day, but I got it. 5K bitcoin. My suggestion is to message support on the 10th business day and get bumped up to top priority like I did. If you message them before that they will just tell you it takes 5-9 business days and to hold your horses and keep waiting.

So weird I also did a wd on that day. I just did a btc transaction the other day, of course can change at any time, but the transfer fee was the lowest I can recall seeing for quite some time, this is concerning. Did you take them up on this offer?

No i didn't, I no longer have my bank of america account open. Which I had opened back in 2014 specifically to be able to get bank wires when they finally got around to paying everyone. I assume they are just pretty backed up with withdrawals (btc) since theres no sports for the foreseeable future. Wishful thinking for the time being...

I have a cashout that has been pending for a week now as well. Carbon always plays games by taking a long ass time to payout. I've lost plenty of four figure cashouts with them by getting tired of waiting a week+ and cancelling the cashout to only lose it all in the casino. Half my fault for sure.

The thing is if they're saying they can't payout because of the corona virus that's total bullshit. Players deposited funds should never be part of a companies overhead money. It should be in a separate account always accessible if all the players chose to cash out. Otherwise it's a pyramid scheme like Full Tilt poker and other busto sites.

Withdrew the rest of my account today. 3 weeks for a bitcoin cashout is unacceptable. Not getting my action again until they clean these bad practices up.

Does anyone know why they're not allowing new US accounts?
I've been playing on Carbon for about 8 years and have seen the player pool dwindle. I had heard mention of them not accepting new accounts and confirmed it with support but failed to ask why not. They probably would not have answered that anyway.
