hey sorry if this question gets asked a lot but recently i started playing on Carbon again for the first time in 5 years or so and was surprised to see such juicy MTTs. i guess they don't accept new accts for some reason? ayway i won a MTT and was looking to withdrawal but i have been waiting 6 days and no updates or processing. I emailed support and they said that they have a 5-9 day processing period for btc withdraws which seems long to me. so i guess i am asking if they are insolvent or not? seems like just a really sketchy website atm to me

trying to withdraw for the first time but ran into a strange problem, in the withdraw page the only option is the "learn more" button, no actual way to withdraw, and the learn more just leads to some page with information. Feel like I must be missing something obvious, what page do I actually request withdrawal from? I left a message on their contact us page as well but in the past I haven't gotten responses from them so figured I'd ask here too. I've already had documents verified.

have not received as of 1/30. this is the longest a cashout has taken in quite some time. I contacted support on Monday 1/27 because the w/d was no longer showing in my carbon acct and was told that it had been sent to the processor that day. not sure what is taking so long for it to be processed and I will likely contact support again this evening. will update thread as i know more.

Have played on again and off again on Carbon for probably about 3-4 years now. Have cashed out with no issues using BTC probably about 25-30 times. Today I tried logging into my account and received the following message: "Your account has been marked as inactive."

I sent an e-mail to support and received the following:

Didn't have that happen but they took away my crypto deposit bonuses because I found out you could have a table open and top off with your winnings in the casino as you won them at blackjack... or maybe it was because I'd cash out and redeposit too often. Either way, they didn't give me an explanation when I asked so I moved along.

How is the site these days btw? I'm sure my account is shut down by now but the games were really soft typically compared to a lot of sites around. Just now much traffic.

No explanation is ridiculous. If I was doing something they didn't like, let me know! The only thing that I can think of is that I sat a regular in my last session and played him HU.

Carbon can no longer accept new customers because I believe they lost their license so maybe the site is protecting it's highest volume players to make sure they have only fish to feed on? I had a good win rate.

Yes, the games were still soft even though the volume was low. It's super annoying but with everything else going on in the world, I am just going to move on with my life.
