I can't get the poker client to load anymore....

They put a limit of 2500 per withdraw. Now the withdraws takes 2 weeks on average, which means you can't withdraw more than 5k a month. What if you win a tournament or your profit on average is more than that? You will keep accumulating money on your account without any possibility to cash them out?
Am I the only one who gets to pass the verification on his account over and over, after making multiple withdraws? I mean I passed the KYC on stars once and since then I was never asked to do it again. On merge you have to do it multiple times a year.....
Is there any commission, maybe a consumer rights protection office, where all players may contact to make a complaint. I mean this is ridiculous, in the end they are operating in USA and other countries which should obliged them to compeal to their laws/jurisdiction.... Isn't that so?

shoot, deposited last week, ran in up some, did a max withdraw and the confirmation said 2-3 weeks now!! Yikes. Wish I had seen that, wouldn't have deposited so much. Oh well, not worth spending a lot of time running it up if it takes that long to withdraw. Just ridiculous.

Apparently posting did the trick. Received my bitcoin cashout. 10-11 business days for processing and was charged a processing fee to boot. Joke site.

The cashout fees on Merge are a joke. Just took out 2.2k and paid $70 processing. ACR, Betonline etc charge nothing for bitcoin cashouts. Anyone heard a justification for this?

They give 30% cash bonus on every deposit. 3% fee isn't so bad when you consider this.

Are you talking about for casino or the poker room? For poker they give you a reload bonus that equates to about 5% rakeback and is rather hard to grind considering how few games run

You have no recourse with any gaming commission, court, etc that I have ever been aware of.

There used to be a physical office in San Jose Costa Rica that could potentially be approached, but I am unsure if such a thing still exists.

This group broke all of their "lifetime" contracts many years ago and screwed over all their partners. They are dead men walking, likely just milking out what they can for as long as they can, with as little risk as possible.

They used to be the best. For a time, they were the largest offshore poker site, but they pissed it away.

FYI, if you start making >5k a month in profit, watch out. They started limiting, and eventually banning, winning players more than half a decade ago and AFAIK they still do.

Was paid $5k after 3 business days and paid one day later an additional $5k. Guessing they are sitting on a lot of bitcoin after the superbowl and processed quickly for that reason. Getting $10k out in the same week is great when at times it had taken 7 business days.

I’m currently a week into waiting for a payout. Anyone receiving cashouts lately?
