FYI support was actually very helpful with my disconnect situation. If anyone had any issues I suggest getting in touch and seeing if you are due a refund of any kind. They were helpful last time this happened as well. I even got a free tourney ticket out of it.

How long do the payouts take? I've heard some people say about a month, and i've heard others say they never got their money.

While I enjoyed using a HUD it seems I am losing at at a slower rate without one. Small sample size, but I would vote for bringing back notes or colors before HUDs.

I would vote for Hand Histories. In the same format they were. At least have them 24 hours after playing if they don't want players (the ones that follow rules) using a HUD.

Most of the HUD users were losing players. There are now a lot of losing players at the tables playing blind. Regs are the players who can play small numbers of tables very comfortably without using a HUD. The games should become softer, not because the losing players are better off without HUDs, but because the losing players are going to find it more difficult to assess who they are playing against.

I've always thought a HUD was unnecessary at lower limits. Then I went through this phase where I had way too many stats on my HUD. Did more bad than good because I often misinterpreted things or failed to take sample size in to account for certain stats. When I finally went back to a super simple HUD (VPIP/PFR/3B/ATS/H) my win rate tripled.

That said, I'm fine with them not allowing HUDs. I could go either way. But them not allowing HH tracking, or the ability to access it like 24 hours later, is kind of ridiculous.
