I had't received my money bank and the transaction was over a month old and they had received the funds weeks before. I then got a message saying that I needed to send them $350 via cash transfer. And it needed to be within 5 business days or my account would be perma deleted. WTF!!!! I confirmed with my bank and even had them send an email to support to confirm that no funds will be returned nor had they been. And emailed a them a copy of my bank statement to prove it. It really sounds like they are trying to scramble as much money as possible to stay afloat. Why not just take the $350 from my account balance if this was truly the way they represented? This among other reasons makes me glad I have removed all my action from this network.
The way that credit card works is via 3rd party processors - none of these sites are processing any of their own transactions anymore thanks to BF.
Given what you've already done, you're probably better off keeping the disputed amount and sending the cash to rectify your account. There probably is NO way for them to verify via that old CC processor that the charge was no longer disputed.
