This isn't a chem trail attack.
I do agree that Bovada seems to handle the issues more smoothly. When it happened there I could close the site down and get back on in less than 30 seconds, but that's hardly an acceptable solution to get screwed out of money in less hands. You're still going to get screwed out of money, nonetheless.

We need to take action beyond moving to another site. It's time to pick up the phone and start chewing out the FBI for not doing their job. That's the only thing that's going to get this to stop.

Why am I such an idiot with stuff like this? Is there a simply way where I can see the very last hand for me in each SNG so I know if it's one I was blinded out of or not?

Yes but Bovada's software is garbage. Lots of fish want smooth/pretty software & Bovada doesn't offer that.

The FBI is only concerned with issues within the U.S. Merge is not located in the U.S. You probably mean the C.I.A. They deal with issues outside the U.S. Good luck chewing them out.

Look around. 100's of complaints from AMERICAN players have been posted on this forum in the past 2 months. Complaints entailing thousands of dollars in financial losses.

These attacks don't just affect the poker sites. American Internet Service Providers are affected by these DDOS attacks, as well. Hell, AT&T U-Verse was down in my area (Dallas) tonight for an entire qtr during the Super Bowl. This was right around the time complaints were rolling in from poker sites.

This is definitely an FBI issue and if enough people complain they'll be forced to look into it just to get us off their backs. We need to make a thread with FBI cyber crimes division contacts and push for as many 2 + 2 members to contact them as we can.

Even if it doesn't lead to arrest and prosecutions I'll bet it will make these DDOS *******s think twice about screwing with these poker networks if they know the heat is on. I guarantee you won't see these pricks like this Disrespect=D/C coming on 2 + 2 and barking threats at poker networks anymore.

Full Tilt and PokerStars were registered and operated out of the Isle of Man before being seized on Black Friday. Merge and Bovada simply aren't big enough fish to seize. Additionally, think about all the contract work U.S. companies are getting for keeping the two sites security in tip-top shape.

You call this "playing?"

The FBI doesn't get to pick and choose what laws to enforce. DDOS attacks are illegal and the FBI is the law enforcement agency tasked with enforcing these laws. If they sit here and allow thousands of American players to lose thousands of dollars because of their negligence then they put themselves in a position where those players can hold the Federal Government responsible for those losses.

Class Action Lawsuit against the Fed anyone? Start a thread and gather funds for legal representation.

P.S. Even the Department of Justice stated that online poker is perfectly legal.
