any1 expect something similar with cash games? maybe they show how many tables per stake are running but u can only click "join game" and it seats you. if you quit before a full orbit because of game selection you can't be seated again for another 20 minutes.
I don't think that Bovada is really their main competitor since Bovada has such a different operation based on bringing in international players. I think that WPN is their major competitor. WPN is succeeding by listening to their players whereas Merge is making it as hard as they can for all of their players to play.
If it's true that they've implemented a 20 minute wait, that's just going to drive away a lot of action from the cash tables. Because of all the self-inflicted wounds Merge has made over the past year or so, they don't have the player pool to throw roadblocks in the way of players trying to seat themselves.
