That being said, the issue is not money. I see all of these posts on overlays/etc but the reality is that is not the real issue. Yes, they are dropping the guarantess because traffic is down but if you do the math on the info we do have, even with MASSIVE overlays, they are still raking in plenty of money and more than enough to offset.

The issue is the payment processor. When one goes down or changes what it will or will not allow it puts these types of companies in a bind. Understand that fee's are not the issue either. The issue is the amount of checks that the processor will allow per week. If they overload it they will lose it. If they don't offset with a new processor or lose it we are all in TROUBLE and might as well kiss our money goodbye...this would hold true for all sites.

Now I did finally get from a supervisor that they will likely use giftcards as they can get around the processor with this until they get new terms with their processors or are able to get new ones but this is still likely a couple weeks out. I know giftcards suck but at least it's something.

FWIW, he also said they process check requests Monday's and Wednesday's so my guess is some of us (hopefully the Feb guys) will get checks sent Tuesday and Thursday of this week.

I'm pissed as can be and in no way defending the site but I thought I'd share.

Pretty standard stuff, happens every year. Numbers for not only Merge, but all US networks are down right now (ROW networks too see a small hit).

promo does seem a little odd, hopefully its not just a cash grab. Hard to be optimistic at this point, Having kahn defend them does raise a little hope though. has more ties to the site then any of us can speak of, so if he wants to put his name on the line for carbon that everythings ok, it does restore some faith. nice if he could give a definite answer of what he really thinks, preaching to the quire when referenceing the past. This is a whole new ball game.

Has anyone ever been successful in requesting the ability to Player to Player transfer on Merge / Selling Merge Funds?

Where can these 2 reviews be found? Has anyone who filed a complaint with the Antigua gaming commission heard anything?

on khans website where he seemingly mocks people for being skeptical. Somehow he still has credibility in the community. Also I as well as another person I know received an acknowledgement email weeks/a month ago with no resolution

Why don't they just cash out via Bitcoin? Seems that would solve the issue if they really have the money

The pattern actually looks like around 3-4 weeks ago people started getting checks again and then less and less people are getting them now. At one point I was extremely optimistic about getting my money but given this trend, I'm not any longer. Hopefully I can get the $1700 I requested and I'm not longer counting the $800 on the site as my roll anymore and certainly am not playing there any longer.

So it's a waste of time? I called sportsbook.ag and spoke with a women, who assured me it is processor issues and we have nothing to worry about, im not convinced.

At no point did they send out a weeks worth of checks in a weeks time.. Major reason why I was so vocal while others were offering reassurance

Yes you have no option but to wait it out and hope for the best.. Being vocal towards them on social media and continuing to inform/warn the general public that may be misled by a few in this thread is also helpful.

If you have no money on your Skrill account, you can not send it.

Skrill offer several methods to fund your account(which take only up to a few business days), but if you have no money, then...

Just spoke with support, what you people dont understand is that ur withdrawal is like a highway lol

Cory Stevens: at 20:10:31
please be advised that your withdrawal requested on 5/3/2015 for an amount of still shows as "pending", meaning that our department in charge is still working on your request. Please bear in mind that check withdrawals take a timeframe of 3-5 weeks to complete, as this process includes, processing, issuance and delivery. Once we have completed the withdrawal transaction we will certainly let you know through email or account messaging.
Cory Stevens: at 20:10:31
Despite this timeframe stated above, it is important to let you know that we are experiencing a high volume of withdrawals, which may cause some transactions to be delayed.
Cory Stevens: at 20:11:46
As an analogy to better help me explain this situation for you; *Please just imagine that your withdrawal is currently on the highway that leads home, however there is a big traffic jam on it, even though we know how far in the process your withdrawal is at, we are not sure how long it is going to take for it to reach the correct exit. Given this situation, I will not be able to provide you with a date or time of when is this is going to be marked as complete.
Cory Stevens: at 20:11:46
Your withdrawal is undergoing the final stages of processing owned by our third party processors, and therefore we are currently awaiting their confirmation to have this transactions marked as “COMPLETE”. Given this situation, unfortunately we will not be able to provide a time nor date of when is this going to happen as our withdrawal is on queue to be sent through for completion. Once again I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, as we understand how important it is for you to get your well earned funds delivered at the soonest possible time.
Cory Stevens: at 20:11:46
at 20:12:04
ur saying 5 weeks, its been 5 weeks, other players are reporting 3- 4 months

Cory Stevens: at 20:13:51
I am *not sure about what other are *actually stating, however *please be advised that your withdrawal *is delayed *per the *reasons provided above,.

1. I wonder why there's lots of withdrawals right now!
2. Thank you, Merge for letting us know that you're incompetent.

huge lol @ anyone still mentioning how kahns statements give them hope about carbon making improvements. He clearly has a vested interest in carbon and will continue to tell people to play there and get more people to sign up so he gets a % of their rake. While ignoring the fact of all their scummy business practices and how their last priority is to pay out players. People have been waiting 4 months and counting for checks and hes still defending carbon to the death. At this point he shouldn't have any reputability since he has no good interests for the players and is misleading many.
