Whether or not OPS is successful really has no bearing on whether cash outs speed up or not. To think this way is to assume that they are some sort of Ponzi scheme like Lock Poker was.
Years ago I pointed out,
before Lock had payment problems, that they were a scam in the making (for which I was endlessly trolled at the time, but hey, what's new right?). I arrived at that conclusion by analyzing Lock's business model and drawing logical conclusions. I've done that with Carbon/Merge and my analysis yields a completely different answer.
