You should not be surprised, they are raking preflop and the rake is uncapped.
The only way to survive at GGPoker is being a streamer, otherwise you're gonna lose hard to the rake.

They have stated many times they do not want winning players in the site.

Thats not true, dont know where you got the number from.

PLO rake is 3% uncap which is around 9,5bb/100 on all stakes. (I played sample and calculated it also got information about my PVI so it should be correct)

NL rake is diffrent cap every stake + its 5% (on nl2k+ its 20$ cap if I remeber correctly)
Dont know how much it is in bb but should go down if you play Nl5k+.... still high but 20bb/100 is def not correct.

The real scammy thing from ggnetwork is the PVI, your rake is getting multiplied depending how good you perform on the site.

If you win a lot your PVI might be 0.3 or sth like that.... if you rake 10k and you get f.e. 50% rakeback... you get 1,5k.... cause your rake is 0.3x10k = 3000$....

A couple years ago they were advertising 50% rakeback for the highest vip levels, but you would get ~10% because of their PVI thing. I don't know how they are running things now since I haven't played since, but I doubt it has changed much from what I read.

Yesterday I saw that there were people with the Belgium flag in the cash race ladder on GG Poker and I was wondering if it's legal to play on this soft for the people living in Belgium as this is the official list :

I saw streamer saying that they are playing on it without any issues but I'm afraid of the legal risks as this is not an official licence.

What do you think about that? I'm Belgian and I would like to try but I'm really afraid of the risks if this is not authorized.

I wanted to sign up to GGPoker/Natural8 today and have a couple of questions about the software, rakeback and promotional options. Hopefully some of you can help out with the following:

1. The brands GGPoker and Natural8 are often mixed together and they seem to be the same thing. So why are there two different clients, and what client do I need to use as a resident from the Netherlands? (Link to show what I mean with two clients: https://imgur.com/a/rxGYsvT)

2. There's a $1,000,- welcome bonus that is supposedly free and can be cleared in installments - $5 is cleared for every $50 rake paid. It's unspecified whether or not there's a time constraint on clearing this bonus. Does anyone know if there is?

3. There's a 'first deposit' bonus of 200% up to $500,- in total with a 100% playthrough rate where you can clear as much of the bonus cash within 90 days before the bonus cash seems to expire. It's stated in the bonus that three deposits up to $500,- in total will result in $1,000,- bonus cash, implying that half of that amount, which you've deposited yourself, is considered to be bonus cash as well and will expire once the 90 days have passed. I assume this is inaccurate and simply poorly written up, as that would be incredibly -EV for new players that intent to play moderate volume on moderate stakes. How does this work more specifically?

4. What's the best rakeback deal to get?

I'm curious if someone's knows the answers on these questions.

I'd like to collect a lot more evidence to make my case against N8/GG Poker operating illegally in many situations, based on gaming regulations. Allowing Swiss players is probably not the exception. (I'm Swiss myself and have been involved in the regulation of online poker, so I know what they are doing is against the law)

2. Use some kind of hand grabber
3. Use some kind of HUD while playing
