Is anyone having trouble opening ggpoker on Mac after the last update (Catalina 10.15.7) ? Thx

My only trouble is connecting from China, but I don't think it's a Mac issue. and 8 tabling causes it to heat up like crazy.

Thx , it open the loading window for few sec then it close . I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, using some app like app cleaner to delete all file , but problem still there .

I recommend emailing them directly.

GGPoker has just banned my account because I asked if I'll be allow to play the Battle of Malta in their platform as previous week to this they sent me another email telling me that I can not play with a Maltese residence as they don't allow players of this country to play with them for the moment. Just shocked me the announcement of Battle of Malta after their emails. Here are the emails:

They don't operate in France, they don't operate in Malta. I think the term suspended rather than banned is more appropriate.

There's not really a problem here, or am I missing something?

Strange that GG don't service Malta while every other site does. Yet GG has no problem operating in all the black and grey markets that stars and party have withdrawn from.

1) You weren't banned because you asked a question

2) You were banned (suspended) because you asked to play from France and Malta both countries they don't service.

3) Holding the Battle of Malta doesn't mean they now serve Malta, the same way that holding the World Series of Poker didn't mean they started serving US customers from the United States.

Unless you move to a location they service, I don't think you have any other options.

Do y'all use table ninja or table tamer kind of software? Those kinds of software are explicitly allowed right

Incorrect. You get 1 point calling 2 points betting raising and 3 points taking the insurance. Not 100% but it was something like that.

What is going on with their VPIP HUD thingy? My 1st game it gives me peoples VPIP over X hands when I haven't played a hand with these people.
Same dudes have varying VPIPs across multiple tables?
A super nit playing a lot of tables had VPIP 6% over 450 hands..... 10 mins later his VPIP is 20% WTF?
I joined a table (0%) and played 1st hand dealt.... obv my VPIP is now 20%???

Can anyone explain? Is there any accuracy at all in the VPIP stat?

I think the HUD only count the last 100 hands or something. Don't rely on it.

Apologies if this has been answered many times but I’m new to GG: can you turn the ask of insurance off? It’s annoying to click it away on the flop and turn.

So I guess if you were to care about this, then taking the minimum insurance amount (lowest payout) would be the play each time

Also... can you check/fold BB pre without folding to any bet, seeing a limped pot then instafolding the nuts as fold to any bet remains ticked...

Also.... can you disable straddle so it doesn't ask if you want to restraddle every frickin time someone straddles,.......

Lol this first thing too. Took me a few accidental autofolds on a subsequent street before I realized what I was even doing wrong. I only use hot keys to fold preflop on GG now. They should change this to the hot key on stars which is a fold preflop and a check postfop if there’s no bet facing you, rather than an auto fold on all streets

I understand this now, but I have mostly colors on players, fish, bad reg etc, and only on few of them notes. Now there is no difference between green outlined player with and without note like you know.
I mean I could leave players with notes only with white outline, but for me when multitabling colors are more important.

You guys are not annoyed with that?

I mean annoyed, because when you seat on table and have bad spot vs green player you know roughly how he plays, but now you open his note window with hope , "maybe I have some notes" and then you see it is empty lol, it sucks.

Than again you play hand vs agro player and call him light, and because of fast multitabling play you didn't check if you have notes, only to see after that you actually had note if he pot bet he usually is strong

I also do NOT like it. it was nice knowing which players had notes about them. now you have to constantly check. huge inconvenience.

I believe per Dnegs it's 50. But it seems GG doesn't want us to really know. My strategy: after I have fifty hands on someone I save their VPIP in a note. Next time we play and I get 50 hands I add that VPIP. After I get three relatively random samples of 50 hands I make an average VPIP in their note.

I use the hotkey i, so I just have to click i. much faster than trying to click the TINY x.

If you hover over the player the notes you have will popup. only need to click to add new notes (unless you're playing on phone).
