whats wrong with this plshurtme guy? Ive seen him leaving table after few hands even if there is a huge fish at the table and its like 3 handed. Ive never seen him playing more than few hands. Why is he starting tables then? Specificaly and only for HU vs fish and once it get 3handed+ he leaves?

Look, you guys need to speed up the heads up sit and gos. Nobody has time to play 1+ hour games over a few bucks. I've simply thrown away a few games by looking and realizing we're at 1+ hours and just throwing the chips in. I don't have ALL day to play a few games. 8 minute levels is INSANE for a heads up sit and go and it makes it impossible to get in volume. I mean, 20, 30, 40, 60, could you go any shorter in increment?

It's 2017. Nobody has the kind of time you want put into those. There's no VIP points accrued, no special bonuses or leaderboards (for husngs), and you just make us sit there until we finally lose patience with game, after game. Guys just sitting on the clock, dragging the game out to annoy you, over $2.10. That you would even start at a 20 chip big blind and then go to 30, 40, 60, is just ...like I said, insane. It just takes something that should be fun and makes it like nails on a chalkboard.

I actually really love this slow structure. The thing I don't like is the 5 minute breaks. Then again, I play at a higher level than $2 and people are pretty quick when making decisions for the most part. Every once in awhile you run into a guy who takes 15 seconds to decide what to do preflop, but those are a rarity.

Just to add my .01/.02 cents about the HUsngs, I think they are great and am in favor of the synced breaks. When you have 6+ sngs going at once, a guaranteed break is nice to have.

I was obviously a bit on tilt when I wrote that first post but still - They take just a little too long. Rather than 8 min blinds, 6 would be a good compromise. I guess that would make them "turbo" but that's fine by me. I'm looking to make money, man and I don't want the game to take a long time especially when the odds are so even to begin with. It just makes bankroll building a horribly arduous task if you were to go the HUSNG route. I went back to cash games a bit now.

I heard that the VIP points racked up through cash games can now be used for tournament buyins yet I can't see any tournaments listed that even mention VIP points. Was this done away with or are the # of tournaments that allow VIP points as buyins just extremely limited?

Just had legitimate connection issues. Had to leave two cash tables as I kept getting disconnected. I saw it happening to other players, too. Very frustrating when you're at a profitable table.

There really shouldn't be any problem. I've checked my connection out extensively and it's certainly not on my end or with any other program/site.

Yes there are certain tourneys that can be regged with VIP points. A lot of the GTDs are eligible so I think you just need to look harder.

Regarding the connection issues, I have seen the same thing once or twice but its 1000x better than Bovada/ignition when it comes to connectivity issues.

I just updated windows fully, updated shockwave and java, restarted and cleaned up the computer, and then shut both the laptop and modem down for about 10 minutes. Back up and running and as before, everything works fine. We'll see if there's any improvement with BetOnline. I typically don't have any problems on here while other people seem to often. I guess it's just my turn.

edit: Disconnected while sitting at the lobby. I went and checked the website immediately and it was unresponsive. I'm watching other players time out and disconnect left and right. It's clearly a Betonline/Chico issue. I'll flip to another network for now.

I see where they are now. You have to actually go into "register" for the tournament to see which ones have both a cash and VIP point option. Good enough for me. This feature alone makes grinding cash here even more profitable and lucrative in the long run. It kind of makes up for no rakeback, tbh.
