hi, want to tell you story about quality of Chico support. I made deposit in may 2016, got pokerbonus, cleared them. Than got advertice email from Tiger: we become better (LOL) and i you chek this with fantastic no risk sportsbet or casino. Ok i decided to try sportbets, lost my 25, send them email in 24 hours, and didnt got answer, made 2nd proper, got email from Tiger that i have no made even deposit and my money on account probably from... freerolls, JUST GREAT. Sent them mail with transaction number of my deposit. They found them BUT, just enjoy: we noticed that your deposit was made before the bonus was launched. Kindly note that the bonus has not been launched at this time and as such, this deposit is not eligible. LOL
looks like they just want to squise 25!!! ha-ha-ha. In rules about this bonus no one word about time when i shoud made deposit, just point, that this shoud be my own money.

I decided to withdraw my money, only because I thought I'd check out the site as part of an online poker league promotion where they had some money added tournaments, and now that it's over I wonder if I need another poker site. Hopefully they do the withdrawal.

I play on ignition and ACR. I have always liked Bovada/Ignition but became frustrated with their software changes. The pros of Ignition in my opinion are the volume of players and the abundant satellites at almost every level. You can play a $2 satellite to a $10 tourn with a $10k gtd for example nightly. I played in the mini-main yesterday for $6. The recent sale is a bit of a mystery but they seem to be doing fine.

ACR is a bit like betonline compared to Ignition IMO, but I think they also have more offerings and are alot more cutting edge. They have series and introduce new formats and are a bonified poker room.

Betonline has 10 person tables which I thought were a thing of the past and there is just not much information that is helpful. Like people mention an $11 $7500 gtd special tournament and I see nowhere where it says it only pays 5% or whatever it pays. It also seems like the vip program is lacking, while ACR has 27% rakeback. Finally and maybe most importantly, paying 2% of bitcoin withdrawals vs free on Ignition and ACR is a leak.

Furthermore, reading through this thread, it seems like they take away bonuses without notice with no reason, or freeze people's accounts or review accounts when you want to withdraw, etc. It seems like alot of downside. My own experience with them closing my account in the first couple weeks because someone gave them my account number in error and then that they wouldn't believe me kind of indicates that these are real risks and not just embellished stories.

I'd be curious if anyone has any opinions on what I've said. I just don't see the reason to play on this room.

@Drobb, im n2s with ur exp or what u have read but i was allowed to parlay fights when i first joined then lost the option shortly after (days i assume) the fights and my bets cleared

They cancelled my payout request. Maybe this is standard at all sites, but they are saying I need to play the whole amount I deposited before I can make any withdraws. I don't have any bonus money, it's just my own money, and it's a bit less than I put in. I looked at their rules and I don't see where it states this. It says some things about rollover with respect to bonuses and to qualify for a $50 discount on withdrawal fees, but not as far as taking money out. It even says you can't get the discount if you take the withdrawal before one rollover, which by definition, seems to imply that you can take money out before a rollover. I emailed them back, but honestly, it's not worth fighting these people sometimes. They don't care a bit a bit about their customers and once it clears I'll never play there again. I had planned to check back here occasionally and see if things had improved with things like withdrawal fees or table changes.

With respect to what happened with me, they closed my account temporarily because someone gave them my account number. They also gave them their name, email and birthdate which were all not even close to mine. Mistakes happen, that's ok. But when I call to inquire why they think I asked to have my account closed and they say I requested it in chat, and then the guy refuses to read it to me despite me saying I did not write that in chat, that is inexcusable. I had nothing to gain by saying I hadn't asked it to be closed, I could easily reopen it, etc, but he just kept saying you requested and do you want me to tell you have to reopen it. Of course, I was concerned that my account had been compromised. The next person I dealt with read the chat to me, so it's not against their rules. It's just antagonistic service, not customer service, and no legitimate company that wants customers would ever treat a person that way. It might not seem like a big deal, but if morgan stanley did that to me with my brokerage account it would seem mind-blowing.

Also, despite the website seeming to work better after I reset my modem, it still doesn't work great on chrome and not at all on internet explorer which is what they recommend.

Playthrough requirements are pretty common, and unfortunately many sites aren't very good about making that clear. The idea is that they pay fees (sometimes quite significant) on your deposit and/or cashout, so they want to make sure they at least recover their money.

Yeah, I found it in the rules. That is on me for not taking the time to read them. It's probably just the first site I've played on that I felt like leaving before the rollover, so I never noticed. The site isn't that bad that I can't play on it. It was more a preference thing and feeling like it was unnecessary to play there when I prefer the other two but it's fine.

I wouldn't say that just yet. It doesn't appear as if BetOnline has updated their promotions page for November yet since we're supposed to find out very soon what the VIP levels are going to offer us this month. I'm assuming it will continue on into November.

They cancelled Oct bonus a week into it, for cash players. So don't even pay attention to it anymore

At Tiger and SportsBetting promotion pages it's says: Players are only able to redeem this bonus on their very first deposit.
BetOnline forgot to update their page and it's says: Make your deposit in October and double your bankroll!
They cancelled cash race in october also.

Well, if the bonus does go away there are a lot of sit and go's that become unplayable, for example all of the DONs. At 10% rake with no rakeback or bonus unlocks, and not counting towards the leaderboard, I expect they'll completely die out. They need to drop the rake to 5% on those already. I hope they bring their rake in line with other sites in the future on formats other than 10-max and 6-max sngs like DONs and Hypers. I was using the bonus unlocks on the $11 DONs and higher to make them playable (brings effective rake down to 6.7% rake per game instead of 10%.)

I still have a bonus going but it's from when I deposited in September, so that's probably why mine is still active.

I really think it's in their best interest to keep the reloads going.

What is being a VIP even suppose to do? I almost reached elite, but still only platinum. The only thing I see it does right now is put red stars next to your username.
