You get a fair rate on withdrawals. For a while I was getting extra on every withdrawal because of the rate but I think they have fixed that.

I started playing poker on BetOnline recently and like I'm sure many other suckers out there, I didn't read the fine print of the rollover/bonus caveat. It seems like I have to bet 300 dollars on sports before I can cash out. I talked to someone from BetOnline in the LiveChat support and they claimed they could just waive the rollover.

So my question: is this legit? Can they get rid of the rollover or do you have to actually bet it on sports?

I'm not understanding the point of the question - why wouldn't you just say yes, please waive it, and then try cashing out?

I was overcharged on my last two deposits. (debit card) Might want to check if you've made a recent deposit. Not a big amount around $10/each, but shouldn't be happening.

I was able to log in a few minutes ago after the update. Software actually looks pretty decent. No more Blackjack table attached, and added a bunch of table/card options, Avatars, auto top up, etc. Seems like a big improvement.

I had to close it for a minute and then couldn't get back on, but 2 guys were playing at the table i observed.

The upgrade is a definite improvement, but I do have a couple of questions/complaints:

1) Can someone tell me where the hand histories are stored? In the options tab--->History, it just asks if you want to save your hand history. It doesn't say where it's stored or if you want to change the file location. I'm looking through BOL files, and see a history folder, but it won't let me use notepad to open/view like it did before the update. I'm not even sure if this is the hand history file as it's just one file at the moment and not files of each table I was at like before the update.

2) While they added a history replayer, they got rid of the text version of the hand histories which you can view while your playing. I don't really care for the history replayer and would much rather have the hand history text like before. They have something similar in the options--->history tab, but it's nowhere near comparable. They really need to bring back/include the hand history text like they did before the update.

If someone could help with #1, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Wow, after talking in the Live Chat, the only way to view hands you played in previous sessions is through OPTIONS--->HISTORY at the top. You can't save hands to your computer like before the update.

Not a fan at all, especially considering their hand history is pretty awful. At least you can see opponent's mucked hands.

Software is so much better, but my first deposit bonus as live chat said "has fallen away" LOL what is this, I was half way through a 2k first depo bonus and without any warnings they just take it away...

Player notes and buddy lists seem to wiped out. Love the update, under options and more options, if you go to histories you can input to save your hand history for 999 days. Anyone know why there's way less people on? Maybe trouble with the update or people still locked out? Normal was around 1500, only see 476 now. Did make a deposit with Western Union and was the quickest I've ever had, within 10 minutes. Overall big fan tho, hopefully they've fixed the freeze and crash issues as well.

Seem to be the exact same thing as POP points except 10 comp points are equal to 1 POP point.

They can waive the rollover. I went through this myself recently.

If you make any more deposits, don't use any promotion codes unless they're specifically for poker.

Appears they've done away with the 6 man and 10 man 1 up sit N go's, only offer 8 now. Not a fan of that really, enjoyed 6 mans a lot.
