Did you still get your cash out? It seems very bizarre as I cant imagine how someone could spoof an IP adress. I spoke with someone via live chat and they said they would look into it but Im not confident it will work out. Its really annoying.

Please let us know how it works out. Though I'm more of the 'depositing type' , I'm a new player and haven't attempted a cash out yet.

Are you both using the same free VPN?

Is the fix in or what? Who is in charge here?
using sharkscope and almost anything other than their own odds calculator is a big no no and they can confiscate all your funds if they suspect you are using anything prohibited.

lots of other poker sites are taking the same no tolerance stand, because they can and don't want to just settle for making rake.

I was on travel sbout two weeks ago where I used a VPN but it was IPVanish and paid subscription but only played a few times and only used VPN because my hotel conmection was insecure. But the majority of my time plsying has been from my home base so I really dont understand what is going on.

Another update: I hate to say it but I really think Im getting scammed. I had money left over in my account and I used it to make some wagers on the warriors/raptors game. I made several small wagers all of which (losses/win) were all credited/debited accordingly. However the one big wager I made on the warriors for 1100 mysteriously is cancelled following the win. Betonline however had no issue deducting the 1k bets I put on the last two games which the warriors lost. I also mysteriously have cannot find an online chat box anymore. I am not sure what is going on but I get the feeling that they are doing everything to not only take the rest of my funds but refuse to pay me whatever is left. Any suggestions? Im pretty bummed about the whole ordeal thus far.

Well, that VPN is probably the reason. Somehow you both must have been playing at the same time while you were on vacation.

NICE!

I doubt it. I onlynpalyed a few times. I dont use the same location. And my main account is linked to only one IP. If the majority of the play occurs on one IP why would theg singularly focus on matching IPs for a temp amount of time. Donthey think no one travels or uses VPN. Also its very easy to confirm who a user is, Global goes through extensive lengths. All theyd have to do is contact me and ask for verification and itd be very easy to se who I was versuses who he/she is. I think Im getting scammed.

You're on vacation, using the same VPN, playing at the same poker site, and at the same table. To me, this sounds like collusion, to be blunt.

And FYI, if you're using an unsecured connection to send data to a secure connection, you're not secured, and that VPN is useless.

Thanks for the help.

Also, what's the best US facing skin?
Good software.
Decent traffic.
Good games can be found.
They don't offer traditional rakeback. They give VIP points for contributed rake that can be used to enter some of their tournaments.
They do have a weekly rake race.

I just started playing poker on Chico Network, but not sure what the best option is. I've played from the browser, PC - Windows 10, and Mac - Mojave. I'd like to start using a HUD since I hear a lot of people talking about it. What's the best Chico Network poker option for this (browser, win10, or mac)? From what I understand, if using a HUD, Windows is the best choice. However, the poker software is a resource hog, and will lag + time out everywhere if I have 4 tables up.

This is after a reboot and only opening the poker client with 0 tables up.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks
I use Windows 10 on a new desktop computer setup I had put together in the last 8 months. I don't have any issues running the client and multiple tables with other programs running alongside it.

If the name of the account is Luismi_Fan then I play with them at 500NL pretty regularly. They were on and got off the tables as soon as I got on yesterday evening US time. I believe they're from Nicaragua.

I'm not knowledgeable enough about crypto to say whether one is better than another. There are other options, but I believe CB is still the most popular.

Personally I've used Localbitcoins most often, but I probably wouldn't recommend it for somebody new to BTC.

I'm not sure where you've gotten that information from, but I don't believe that is true based on the last email sent to people regarding software use. That email stated the software they were looking to prohibit is any bot, AI, GTO, live assistance or seating script.

I mean I understand what youre saying but the problem I litersllymhave no idea who the other guy is. Also I dont think I played on the same table with this account as Ive never seen the player bfore or at least I dont think I have so Im not sure why you are assuming collusion. They didnt even mention collusion. And Im not computer savvy but I thought using a vpn helps to protect ppl from seeing/hacking your cpu? And I also though that the vpn creates a dif ip for each user how likely is it that wed have same ip? Honestly i still think im being scammed. Sorry replyng from my phone and for some reason I thought that question was for me.

I am based in the US and my VPN provided IPs from the US so this is even more confusing!

Also Ive only played a handful of hands at 500NL and only recently.

The majority of my hands are from 100NL and lower.

I am super confused now. But thanks for your suggestions. I really hope they fix this.

It's not 100% guaranteed that you were cheating, until the hand history says so. I can guarantee you they aren't scamming you for your $500, they have been around and have a good reputation. Being honest with them is your best chance.

All VPN services are different, some will keep your private, some save all data and some don't, some will give you up to the authorities, some have multiple servers and different IPs. It's important you read their ToS before you use one.

Well I am being honest and youre being sanctimonius and making all thrse assumptions and accusations. First off, where did I say the amount was 500? And once again how or why is it assumed collusion when that is never mentioned anywhere. I get it it ppl are assumed guilty on here but jesus at least make judgments based on facts.

If you've done nothing wrong then I almost guarantee your account will be back in good-standing pretty soon. My guess would be that it's related to the VPN use. I believe madmansam stated he had some similar issues recently and just had to be honest with them about why he was using it and he was good to play after clearing it up.

Personally, I'm not in favor of poker sites allowing players to connect to them via VPN. Mostly because of the potential for cheating and the potential for players from prohibited regions to bypass location restrictions, but it also causes issues for legit players like yourself and madmansam when they have to question you about it.

I think if you're going to be traveling you should have to inform the network where you'll be prior to playing from that new location. I know that might be a bit of a hassle, but I think it's better for everyone overall.

I don't believe they're scamming you. It sounds like some confusion based on the VPN use.

I hope that is the case.

As an update, I was informed that the wager I placed was for GS -1, so since GS only won by 1 pt, I was refuned the wager. I didnt understand this and I have never bet on sports before this finals so that is my mistake I guess.

Still waiting for an update with regards to the poker issue.

Apparently they updated the software in the AM and now it doesn't even seem to work on my system. As soon as I open it, it's already lagging so badly that it basically freezes. Tried opening it a couple different times, restarting my computer, and the same thing each time.
