Subtract the amount of points you had sunday night at midnight from what you have now. Or for last week, subtract the points you had at midnight at the beginning of the week from the points at the end of the week.

From the web or poker client? Can't seem to go back more than 5 pages in the client. I also don't see any difference from Sunday night to Monday.

I'd imagine if you played four tables on Bovada (with the new OSX) at once the software would freeze. I've emailed support, but they keep insisting that it is a problem with my Mac which I'm positive it's not. Bovada is not fully compatible with the new operating system released by Apple for Mac.
Any updates on this? I've noticed the same and had to disable all my animations. Now I don't see my flaming cards when I suck out on someone

Has anyone else noticed that under game transactions, it will occasionally miss a few cashouts? Today, when I was going to download my hand histories, I noticed it was missing 2 cashouts(the reason I noticed was because I won a lot of money on these tables, so it was glaringly obvious it was not there in game transactions) I did some more research, and counted all my cashouts for the last 7 day period. The supposed cashouts as stated on cash statements(accurate) is 165, but only 158 were shown under game transactions. (I double counted from the same starting date and time for both)

I just wanted to throw this out there, because accurate results cannot be tracked when not all the hand histories are there...

I don't know if this is a glitch or what, but I called them, they asked me to send in a screenshot, I did, and they said that it may be due to "synchronization" lag, which is complete bs since it has been days since my last cash out.

Respectfully, I disagree. They are likely telling you the truth. Often, the data for the prior month isn't fully accurate until about the 15th of the following month, insofar as the back-end reports I have access to. If it's not accurate on our back-end, it very well may not be synch'd up and accurate at the access level regular support has either.

What do you mean by "missing cashouts"? I'm assuming you mean cash prizes, since game transactions doesn't show withdraws. Is it the entire tournament missing? Or is the tournament listed but with a $0 prizes won? I ask because I capture the information on that screen to keep track of my results and money.

I generally only play STTs, and I haven't noticed any discrepancies (I often check my spreadsheet results against my actual bankroll, but not always). Just wondering if my results spreadsheet might not be accurate.

Hmm...Does that mean that the game transactions are not totally reliable until after 30 days? How does that work after 30 days, will the missing game transaction appear? How exactly does that work?

I talked to a customer rep again, and they said that after 24 hours, the game transactions for hand histories should be updated.

By cashout, I mean the amount you leave the table with. For example, if you buy in for 50, and leave with 70, when you click on cash statements, it will show as a "cashout" for 70 dollars. Accordingly, under game transactions, it shows as a +20.

What I am saying is that there are many instances where it is missing in the game transaction(where you download hand histories)

For example, I bought in for 50, cashed out for 113, and this was clearly shown on my cash statement as "113 cashout", yet for some reason, it was missing in my game transactions(it would have shown +63) at around the same time frame with maybe a 1 second difference or so, but just skipped it as if it were never there.

Oh, sounds like you're talking about ring games. Makes sense now. Don't think that problem exists with tournies (all I bother keeping track of).

Thanks for the explanation!

I am someone who plays nothing but 130+5 Double or Nothing SNGs. I have done so for over 5 months w approx 2500 games under my belt on bovada. up until this week i have never thought anything suspicous.

however, this passed week i have had numerous games go to the 400 or 500 bb lvl. This has never happened. Things have to go perfectly for short stacks.

along w fishy move on bubble small stacks, and I dont mean regular attacking. I mean the small stack is allin for 1bb and someone reshoves w 42o isolating on the bubble.

i fear that a group of colluders has infiltrated the Double ups on bovada but without screen names my investigation goes no further

just know that I am not one to cry wolf and take it for what it is worth.

What do the hand histories look like? I would think that DoN's would be the easiest game to prove collusion in after looking at the hand histories.

seconded. double or nothings are notorious for collusion. bovada's anonymous element is conducive to it. if it keeps happening, worth sending an email about it.

Also, if what you are saying is indeed correct, when I check back for my last 31 days in game transactions, there should be at least some old game transactions available for download(ones that were not available at the time because of what you state as not being fully accurate at that moment), but there are none, as every single one of them is labeled as downloaded. This implies that when I downloaded them long ago, they were all 100 percent accurate(in terms of having all the game cash-outs available), which is hard to believe considering that now that I am paying attention, I found a 7 game discrepancy within the last 7 days alone. This tells me that this these 7 missing games won't magically appear on the 15th as you say.

Look, for all I know, the systems are completely different from what I'm talking about and what is seen in the game client, and again vs what your garden variety tier 1 support personnel has access to.

My point here is that data synching issues happen here in at least some of their systems... and for that matter, on other poker networks as well. It's far from uncommon. I also, for lack of a better description, sucks.
