I'm curious, what exactly did you say in the e-mail that you sent to them?
Yeah, I said that I wanted to be excluded from all casino games on the casino software and on the poker software. I also said that I just wanted blackjack removed on the poker software. I didn't think they would count poker as a casino game and obviously now that I reread my e-mail I understand why they banned me from everthing.
I contacted customer support via the phone and talked to a very polite lady. She listened to my situation and pulled up my account and checked the e-mail. She understood that it was a mistake and she lifted my exclusion on poker. I checked it out and I can login now and I checked to see if I am excluded from blackjack and sure enough i am.
I'm extremely happy because I admit I have gambling problems when it comes to pit games. I would tilt after losing on poker sometimes and go to blackjack and try to win some losses back. Soooo -EV and that's why I just wanted to get the exclusion. I have a strong enough willpower to steer away from pit games when I go to play poker at the casino. But for some reason it was just too tempting for me online.
Anyways, I gotta hand it to Bovada. They provide great customer service and I got exactly what I wanted. Now i can just sit back and grind teh pokerz. Without having to worry about torching money to their casino.
