Yeah no problem. Yeah I always get 3 tables in 30 min at the most. I live in DC/ eastern time, and play from 6-12 weekdays and Friday and Saturday sometimes all night..never have trouble getting the tables during those hours.

You must be taking some pretty good notes on players. Do you find it difficult to accurately keep track of 20 players and their unique tendencies (4-tabling 6Max) with no HUD and only notes capability?

I bet we could make a whole separate thread, and mods please enlighten me if one already exists, on playing on online on a site with no HUD. The vast majority of discourse of hands on this site involves making decisions based off of villain HUD info. This could also be particularly helpful if legal Internet poker ever truly becomes widespread in the U.S., as they will not be allowing HUDs (see: Nevada sites UP and WSOP)

How do you guys multitable in bovada? Without skins/names, how can you at all play your opponents? Do you just play your cards and the and the flop + turn + river?

It's hard for me dynamically assigned stats to my opponents in my brain when they are just a number and people come and go pretty quickly.

Notes help tremendously. When you make note(s) on a player, it appears next to their number and when they leave and a new player comes, the new player at that number has no note and they also have a (+) next to their number for a few minutes that indicates they are new.

I mean if you pay very close attention, you can discover the extreme outliers (eg nits and maniacs). You can also notice who is a calling station, and who you can bluff against. You just gotta put that info in the notes. You obviously never get too detailed, such as "3.7 3Bet %" like in HUD, but I pick up on just enough info.

Also, with limited info, I tend to play what i consider, imo, to be "optimal poker" for each stake. It becomes less of "is player 1 bluff raising me here?" And more of "most players at this stake have a hand that beats me when they raise here, so fold." I then keep an eye on that player to see if maybe they are just a cook, and Then things may change next time.

Much harder than playing online with a HUD, but the upside of course is that sites with no HUD and a table-max such as Bovada attract fishier players.

You can get a legal HUD from Holdem Indicator. It only keeps track of sessions though, but I guess it's better than nothing at all.

Just fyi, in general 7-8BB/100 is not realistic, definitely running hot, even if you meant bb/100. All you need is a 10k hand breakeven period or 5+ buyin downswing to axe that winrate. And when you're capped at ~300 hands/hr, I can image it being pretty difficult to weather the storm.

I think it is realistic for Bovada. If you had said Carbon, then I would have agreed.

Does Bovada let us use Holdem Indicator? Or is it against their rules?

Would hate to have my account randomly shut down because of it

Try hitting full screen on each table and then back to original size. Sometimes I have to re-open it again when it's only working on 1 table (don't close down the one that's working, just run the program again and a new box will pop up). Also, try running it as admin.

I keep getting disconnected today. Only playing Zone right now. Anyone else experiencing this? My internet seems to be working well.

In a MTT now and everyone is getting disconnected.

I was disconnected and quicky reconnected. Three others at this 7 handed table sitting out.

Lobby has not updated in last 20 minutes or so.

Was going to jump in a few other tourney's but not now.

Great. I just wanted to self-exclude myself from all the casino games on the casino software and blackjack on the poker software. I sent Bovada an e-mail stating this and they banned me from everything, including poker. I didn't state exclusively that I didn't want poker banned. So I am partially at fault. But they are saying all exclusions are permanent and they can't reverse it.

I simply didn't describe this thoroughly enough and now I am not given a chance to explain exactly what I meant.

I understand why you don't lift exclusions but you can't make an exception for someone who didn't want a full exclusion? Considering I made this exclusion today and I clearly still want to play poker.... I just had problems with playing blackjack and I wanted to quit torching money on fire on -EV bets.

Also, I was in the back to school promotion so if I happen to win that drawing I get nothing?

Anyone know a Bovada rep on 2+2 that I should whisper regarding this? Thanks.

Just got disconnected in the middle of a few big cash game hands...how do refunds work for these? Do I have to e-mail Bovada?
