Can anyone tell me what the most updated version of the software is. I currently have 4.50, and it continues to tell me my software is out of date/can't register whenever I try to register for a sit n go.

You were right, I have like 20 Ignition processes going whenever I try to turn it on. Def gotta be why it's crashing. Same thing on the desktop, so why are some players not crashing all the time then?

There is some "luck" involved. More ram helps. I use windows 7 which I think works better than windows 10. I have 8GB of ram and perhaps if I had 16 this wouldn't happen but I'm not sure. My laptop which is way worse than my current desktop seemed to run ignition better. For now there is no definite answer on what will help.

I have 4 tables open, but 2 are black and I can't close them. I still played my BB on those 2 tables and timed out.

edit: right after this post my screen turned blue and the computer restarted.
rebooted opened up 2 tables, played 1 hand and both table froze.

This is just nuts. Every night its a new issue. Tonight I am getting "Only one instance is allowed" error when trying to launch the software.

4.51.00 is the newest expansion pack with all the greatest and your favorite glitches from previous versions jammed into one new update

fan favorites like
-no log in feature
-block you out from opening your tables in tournaments
-30 processes/lobbies running to slow down your machine
- classic pop up windows "we cant process your request at this time"
- even slower lag

I wonder if anyone contacts CS and asks about the multiple processes if they will tell you that no one else is having that problem and that it must be your machine so clear your cache and cookies.

Sounds like Im not missing too much. It seems like they really doubled down on the new features. As if it couldn't be bad enough, they somehow find new inventive ways to screw us over and prevent us from playing.

The software wont even auto update for me to 4.51, and if I DL directly from ignitions website I get the 4.5 version. Such a cluster ****.

Yeah I've tried that a bunch of times, still getting that error without fail. I have no idea how to fix this and what my computer is doing to inhibit me from opening the client.

Thanks for posting that. I would just try once and then give up. Just did it 5 times back to back and got in on the 5th try. Once every couple of hours wasn't doing it for me.

I'm sorry to hear that so many people are having issues with the new software. I built a new top of the line computer the day before the new Ignition software rolled out and I haven't been having any issues with Ignition. It has been running smooth for me, but I wonder how much of it is because of my new computer.

I have tried Uninstalling / Re-Installing to no avail, it actually connected the first time ran a update and now no longer opens just hangs at the Liveupdate and then closes.

It's very confusing how varying people's experiences are compared to mine since the update. The software hasn't run this smooth for me since older Bovada days.

I had Ignition close once when I exited a tourney, and my touch screen no longer works on my laptop, but my desk top and laptop run super smooth otherwise.

A lot of these negative posts are coming from new accounts with only a handful of total posts

Also , some of the 3rd party software (or other software people are running at the same time) that most people use is the culprit not Ignition

I know for a fact that if your computer is up to snuff and you don't have several programs running at the same time , the software works fine

Most of these degens just blame the site when they lose money

This site is easy money either way

I still find it amazing that they haven't turned the stupid automatic seating thing off. There is absolutely no way that turned out profitable for them. Almost any game beside NL is dead because of it.
