wow thats pretty shady, that usually means that they have caught cheating and are returning the money to the players. PLO seems like the place to cheat as far as using removed hole cards for blockers etc to make certain bets on river knowing you cant have X card.

the amounts are even numbers and also when i signed up i had gotten a promotional email from them saying "we give random bonuses to our players"

Have they removed the ability to see more than 33 transactions under My Account Dashboard? No matter whether I set it for 24 hrs, 3 days, 7 days, or 31 days, I only see the most recent 33 buy-ins and cashouts.

Before you click anything change it to 30 days and wait a few seconds before clicking anything else.

major issue with the new update downloaded today.

It opens a large amount of clients on my system right after closing the one and only physical one that loads up (right before im able to log in). can be enough to crash your pc if you dont task manager and exit them quick enough

Im having this weird thing all of a sudden where its lagging bad getting onto tables. Sometimes says I don't have any funds to join a table. Might be my computer but awfully weird

What a goofy update. When I load it up it immediately crashes and I did a full reinstall even deleting the hidden system files and rebooting only for it to finally let me login then kick me off after I finally got on a table and go back to never letting me in again.

The lobby.exe processes won't close when you shut the client down either they stay running in the background.

Whoever decided to fire up an update around 4am EST and not doing it during system maintenance is an idiot.

I had a brief moment where I could login as well but then back to the same problem.

There doesn't seem to be any fix I can find personally. Likely our best solution is to send them an email at service@bodog.eu explaining the issue and hoping they have it solved asap.

This is a new level of update failure for bodog. Not necessarily worse from some of their past failures, but a new one that's for sure. I honestly wonder if their devs even bother to test their patches before sending them out to the world

I waited on hold for 45 minutes earlier that is how long it took to get someone and the online live chat is longer then that which I gave up on.

In the past they would be way more prompt but with the past few issues I've had it's as if when they recognize a site wide problem has occurred they rather let people wait on fold forever then address the issue.

All it takes is an automated message when we call that they are aware of the problem and are working to fix it instead of making people hold on forever.

Normally I would have given up waiting on hold but I got stubborn this time lol

What did they say? Did they admit to a problem? Usually the policy seems to be to say that there is no problem and the problem is on your end, even if there are dozens of people on 2p2 all reporting the same problem. Then, if you get them to admit that there is a problem they will say that they are working on it and games should resume within an hour or 2, even if the games won't start running normally again for a few days.

Welcome to the shell of a company that bodog once was. I assume with the manhunt for Calvin Ayre and the decline of the online poker economy since BF, that the bodog poker sector of the business has been reduced to a team so small and/or incompetent that were lucky there’s even a functionig client. I bet their turnover rate is too high and with new people coming in, there’s prob no one to train them properly. Their programming team is probably average at best and too small for the workload and they probably know they can’t handle the bs infrastructure they were given to build upon.

Hence why customer service is mostly outsorced to an Indian 3rd party and every single update brings about crippling technical issues.

Yet they seem to have one of the largest player pools online. Why isn’t that enough to put more time and effort and money into it? They did just have to shift their entire American player pool to a fake company (when ignition was born) And they really only operate in states we’re poker is illegal (they actively block players from states who have legal, regulated online poker because they don’t qualify to run within those fences). And USA is definitely their largest pool of players by country.

So my guess is they just have no will to invest time and money into a product that they feel could disappear at any time for one reason or another. Sadly this is the state we are left to play poker in. If BF has taught us anything, it’s that we should accept and appreciate what we have while we have it, because the online industry is volatile. Athat and to not keep a large roll anywhere haha

Bovada isn't working with my hud today. Not sure if anyone else is having problems.

When I have drivehud open and try to open the bovada app, it doesn't load. I tried to close drivehud and then open bovada and it worked just fine. Got on a zone table and it seemed to be working. I tried to open drivehud in the background and it froze the zone table I was on.

Reached out to Ace Poker Solutions/DriveHud and they sent me back this email.

Thanks for your e-mail. Yes, we're aware and developers are looking into the new update of Ignition/Bodog's software, and they will issue an auto update when a solution is ready. There's no current ETA, but typically these things don't take very long (1 day tops - usually).

yeah i didnt realize this was happening at first and wondered why my PC had slowed to a crawl...15 lobby.exe processes running in the background and CPU at 100% usage.

Same problem here. This happens a lot when Bovada or Ignition updates their software. Normal. Then the devs patch it within a week.

I liked the nightly "Monster Stack" events they used to run, wish they'd bring those back

And it's infuriating how there's no auto engage timebank feature.

The non-synched breaks too is just mind bogglingly stupid

Its a real chore to multitable MTTs but I supppse thats by design
